i got one of these for 1k danish…

i got one of these for 1k danish kroner. it was good for a long time. used it every day for 1-2years. after alot of use the keys just snap. they are plastic. its also hard to clean and the screws are bad. good for 1-1.5years of use. very fast to

Seemingly good keyboards but bad after sales support

Got a Ducky One 3 TKL several months ago, which seems quite good overall.

Although recently the keyboard had developed key chatter (double typing of keys, as others have also mentioned), contacted Ducky support asking for suggestions on how to fix it, several weeks after - no response. In the end, found some suggestions online to update their firmware which helped.

For such expensive keyboards, the support could definitely be better.

Can't even contact support

The Keyboard came with a defective key from the factory and i can't even register the complaint in their website. I get an error from the verification code. Really?

No support

I've had a One 2 TKL for just over 2 years. One of the LEDs is defective (can no longer display red, so looks blue when set to white), and others appear to be on their way to being defective (constantly display red even when LEDs are switched off). The shop I purchased from said they couldn't help, so I emailed Ducky about a month ago asking if there was anything that could be done, and tried them on Instagram after receiving no response to my email, but they haven't replied to either message. I know it's out of warranty, but I won't be purchasing another Ducky product if this is the aftersales support you can expect, it's not good enough given how expensive the keyboards are.

Defective keyboard and no word from support

My ducky one SF keyboard has keyboard chatter. You will probably recognise what that means from my review - I.e. you can see how many times multiple keys rregister multiplee presses.

I've trried to contact Duckychannel twice, once via the warrantee repairrr request form on their website and once directly via supporrt.

In both instances, i've received zerro rresponse (no e-mail, nothing). I will be contacting Novatech (who sold me thee keeyboarrd a year ago) to see what can be done but avoid these keyboarrrds, because of how poorr their support is.

Joke company AVOID!!! read

I received a defective Ducky and decided to have my keyboard repaired by them, at this point I am surprised how such a big company treats its customers badly. Apart from the endless waits for each of their replies (about 1 week for each email), they don't care and say they won't help me.
On their website if you go to the warranty section there are very few contry and there is a section inviting customers to contact the official distributors on the list. The problem is that Italy( the state where I am) it is not present in this list and therefore they do absolutely nothing.
This is not acceptable behaviour from a company like Ducky, I invite you to try to believe, I have screenshots of them telling me "there is little we can do" and after weeks and weeks of waiting their answer is always the same. If you buy the keyboard and your country is not on their list you can never claim your rights as a consumer.
So I'm left with a broken and useless ducky one mini 2 because nobody is willing to repair it.
