dukan diet works amazing for me!
Im not using the website but the book bought on ebay.I strictly follow the rules and lost I lot of weight.The good part was that I didnt have to starve myself :)

I too have placed an order over 5 weeks…
I too have placed an order over 5 weeks ago and received nothing, nobody answers the phone number on the website and nobody has returned any of the 10 e mails sent.. they have taken my money and I cant contact anybody.. be warned!

It's a scam, don't use them
I've ordered a few branded Dukan food items from their website 4 weeks ago, have been charged the money and since then there's been no sign of the order. All my email requests are being ignored, essentially they just took the money and decided not to come back. Perhaps it's good for my diet, less food, but surely there are cheaper ways to achieve it.
