Ordered a doughnut bed. Money taken from my account. No delivery. 5 emails sent so far and no refund. DONOT BUY.

I was keen to order a dog bed from a UK based company rather than buying another purchase through Amazon. When I found Dukefords I thought they sounded great with good website reviews and a nice variety of beds which were slightly different. Three days have now passed since I made my order and I have had no updates, no dispatch notice and cannot contact the company through email or phone. I think this is a scam and would award them 0 stars if I could. Please be buyer aware when making an order.

Terrible quality looked nothing like the picture but accepted this as it was half price and thought it would do for my puppy! After one night of use I wanted to wash the cover but the zip was faulty and jammed they will not let me return or replace it and claim it was ok on delivery and that I should get it mended at a zip repair place 😂😂! I suspect the beds are from China and they do all they can to avoid returns!!!! Do not order from them!!

Looked nothing like the picture so requested a return which was accepted, sent it back to the address they provided and no refund. Avoid unless you’re happy to waste your money. I had to pay £10 to ship it back too so now £70 down the drain. Customer service non existent

I ordered a dog bed in May. It was good quality but too small. I emailed Dukefords and received a response authorising a return. I sent the bed back using Yodel and had confirmation with photo evidence that the bed had been delivered. Since then (May) I have sent 2 emails to chase up my refund but had no response. I included photos of the Yodel receipt and their delivery photo. I have tried to call Dukefords but their answerphone does not allow for messages to be left. No one answers. I have sent messages via Facebook and Messenger. Again no response. It’s now late July and I fear I won’t get my £45.99 back. I have also lost postage costs!

So happy with the dog bed I bought from Dukefords! It‘s really good quality and my dog loves it. It’s so soft inside, sometimes I wish I could sleep in it too! The herringbone design looks great and stylish in the house, so that’s a bonus.

Ordered my dog a new bed. He's a large lab and he fits perfectly in the large bed. Seems very good quality and like that you can seperate and wash the cushions
