Dukes is a great little shop for board games, card games and hobb7y gaming.
Always welcoming, and great knowledge around all the games in the store.

Will continue to come to Dukes when I can and when I can't I'll be using his online store.

Ordered a Star Wars Unlimited booster box from their site, unfortunately due to no fault of Dukes gaming it arrived damaged.

I contacted them via email and was emailed back within minutes by a person called Luke, who was super respectful and understanding to my issue of the booster box being damaged. To be clear the damage was due to the clumsy courier not at all due to the store.

After a few back and forth emails with Luke he offered to let me return the box for a full refund or to either partially refund me, which i think was very generous and fair.

Despite the issue with the booster box, the experience shopping with them was 10/10 from the dispatch time to the amazing customer support, highly suggest to support this store and shop with them!!
