Really great customer service

Really great customer service, Luke was really helpful via email. I was able to purchase a hand-painted-to-order item that was previously out of stock and have it arrive in time for Xmas! Would definitely shop here again.

Very satisfied with the company

Very satisfied with the company, package arrived very safely and I am very pleased with the purchase overall. YodelDirect were quite slow delivering but that's purely on their end, Duke's Gaming dispatched the item very quickly and kindly responded when I contacted them via the delivery time. Would recommend :)

Shocking delivery service

I ordered Pokémon TCG packs at £3.50 each which is great value - however this was 8 days ago, and I am still yet to receive them. I decided to buy over £50 worth to get free delivery, but they must use the cheapest delivery option possible. Hermes has had the parcel for 6 days and not even attempted delivery yet. Not able to contact Hermes on my end so please, sort it out Duke’s gaming. Just having cheap product prices isn’t enough, especially in this day and age.
