This was my first ever experience of Dunelm and all was wonderful until a week later when I received a £60 parking fine! I had presumed that parking was free and unlimited for customers which, given the money I spent in the store it certainly should have been. I will therefore not be returning.

Prompt delivery as promised. Product as described. Very pleased with volour, fit and quality. Good value for money.

Where do you start? The product I bought looked nothing like the image on the website. I tried to send it back but it was too heavy to book a collection and I was informed I had to take it to a store myself to get a refund. I’m literally nowhere near a store and I can’t carry 36kg on my own so what am I to do? I paid for a couple of guys to help me get the item into my car and took it to Crewe. When I got to the counter I was told I couldn’t return it because it didn’t have the original packaging? Bearing in mind there are over 40 parts and the packaging would need to be removed to be able to build the product. So here I am, £300 out of pocket because the product looked nothing like the website image, wasn’t returnable because I didn’t save the cardboard and blanked completely by the team member who took great delight in telling me I had to take this 36kg hunk of junk out of the store because there is ‘nothing we can do without original packaging.’ You’d be better off risking a cheap Temu purchase than buying a misrepresented piece of crap from Dunelm. Really poor product, service and returns process. DONT BE FOOLED BECAUSE ITS A RECOGNISABLE NAME.

Cannot fault Dunelm great delivery of quality goods, fast service and brilliant prices.

Delivery drivers were horrendously rude and inept. Wouldn't deliver the sofa and told us it was our fault they can't read a map. No way to complain to Dunelm, just a useless AI chatbot. Avoid this company as if something goes wrong there is no recourse to the customer.

We wanted black cushions, you had black cushions. A member of staff was at hand and he dealt with the order.
Delivery was when you said it would be. The cushions are now in situ and we are very happy with them.

You could not locate the item I had purchased on line when I turned up at the store to collect after being told it was ready, I was also told I could buy it at another store but you would not transfer it to my chosen location.What is particularly annoying is I have already told you all this in a previous survey.SHOWS HOW MUCH NOTICE YOU TAKE OF THEM.

They seem to have some of the best Home wares selection than others. More a case of what not to buy, I like so many.

Awful experience and no customer service when ordering online. Order was not delivered and still struggle to get a refund or hold of anyone.

Bought an Olney Hallway Shoe Storage Unit. It’s a nice unit however the wood top was damaged in two places, I discovered this late in the assembly process. It’s not worth the effort to spend another half day building another one. I’ll just live with it as it’s not very noticeable. Other criticism is the assembly instructions, there are some steps that are not clear at all.
Pleased with the unit overall but shouldn’t come with damaged parts.

We’ve had a fitter visit the house to measure for curtains the order was 2 sets of curtains 2 valances our quote was posted the next day for curtains only after repeated attempts to phone the Garston branch no answer I phoned the help line a very nice gentleman took my order number said he would contact Garston & get us the correct quote sent to us 3 days later nothing we will visit the store on Monday our first opportunity but for an order worth over £2000 I am now wondering if Dunelm is the correct choice

Absolutely love the paint, one coat covered dark blue walls with no problem 👍The wallpaper is beautiful. Hate paste the wall didn't read that bit 😔 Sadly one delivery was really quick but other courier is not good as we wait ages for deliveries Overall I have shopped at Dunelm since it first started and love it

The website is easy to navigate and find what you want, plenty of choice too! Easy ordering and updates about delivery! My order was very well packaged as it was pottery and delivered with care.

The service from everyone at dunelm Barnstaple was fantastic, so patient and knowledgeable, we got out whole house fitted with vertical blinds and all but our very large patio doors were fitted first time perfectly, our patio door blind took 3 goes to get it right because of the wrong size being sent from the manufacturer, now all fitted correctly we are very happy with the outcome

Very happy with our recent purchase from Dunelm. The TV unit is exactly as I hoped. Quality piece of furniture. It was well packaged, so delivered with no damage. The delivery crew were brilliant...quite a long walk from the drive to our annexe and they delivered it to its final location with no grumbles. Really efficient and professional. Would certainly purchase from Dunelm again.
