i have just had 2 garage doors fitted. I ordered them through Duratec-Security and at every stage they performed pefectly. The quotation was done quickly and the delivery date adhered too. They arrived just before the agreed time today and fitted the doors cleared up and gave me a briefing on the operation and were away before lunchtime. The doors look fine and I am extremely satisfied.

Chris from Duratec was fantastic. I have had a Seceuroglide door previously and been impressed with the quality and the space it releases in roof space. This time it was a double garage door replacement with a Seceuroglide option and it was fitted seamlessly and released a significant amount of roof void space. Fitting was excellent as is the slience of operation. Highly recommended.

Duratec installed 2 domestic security shutters in our home. They discussed our requirements and provided helpful product advice and guidance.
They arrived on the agreed day and installed the shutters, tidying up after the work.
We are very pleased with the shutters which exactly meet our requirements.

Two motorised up/over garage doors removed and replaced with Seceuroglide rollers. Fabulous job. Communications spot on, things happened when we were told they would, very tidy works, good instruction on use. Very easy to deal with. Can't fault the service.

Great communications at every step and workmanship was A1. Slight niggles were ironed out, no problems at all.

Duratec Secruity Solutions recently fitted a new door on our garage.
Once given the go ahead we were kept fully informed of each stage. The agreed date for installation was adhered to.
The Duratec team were very hard, quick workers who were polite, well mannered and sociable. On completion they cleaned up.

Chris and Scott from Duratec were excellent, good to deal with, worked very efficiently, cleaned and cleared all rubbish and packaging.

A very professional installation. The two guys Chris and Scott were exceptional, very methodical. Chris kept us informed all the way from survey to installation. All questions answered, felt very relaxed with his attitude. It has altered the aspect of house and we have already had good comments about the doors. We would definitely recommend Duratec/ Security Solutions.

We booked Chris to replaced a burnt out motor on our garage door for an agreed price. He arrived at the agreed time to change the motor. Unfortunately the new motor was faulty and he had to take it back to the supplier for a replacement. He called again a couple of days later to fit the replacement motor which is now working perfectly. We were charged only the original agreed price. Chris can be relied on to do what he says he will and if he hits a problem to keep going until it is resolved. I would use him again.

Recently fitted a new garage garage door for us. Highly impressed as Chris did exactly what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. The whole process was easy and stress free from start to finish. Chris is an extremely well organised guy and the finished result exemplifies that. Extremely pleased with both the finished product and the process to get here. Chris explained everything he would be doing they removed the old door and frame plus all the rubbish and went through the door’s operation and maintenence with me in a comprehensive manner following fitting. These guys were ultra efficient - honestly wouldn’t know they’d been here except for the new door which works great. Highly recommended.
