Not timely refreshed website hinting with stock that is actually out of stock, delivery promise of 1-2 days leading up to a week delivery and tracking numbers that don’t work at all.

Really poor customer service. Wrong items sent out and 3 weeks in and still no resolution. It's a very bad service for a brand website. It looks like Durex has outsourced it to another company.

Not free returns very misleading as no information on website that consumers pay for returns!! Rubbish customer service as they won’t cancel my order which hasn’t even been dispatched!

Used the normal plain lubricant. Makes me soft and not hard. It used to work your lubricant now something has changed. And I’ve checked it definitely isn’t me!! Pissed off can’t give my partner any

Really bad customer service. When I wanted to speak to the manager my order was canceled.

Long story short, he was wearing one he uno when he went to check it, the whole condom rippeddd in half, and there was nothing in it, so it was a very long and stressful day, had to end up getting the pill, part of the 1%👊🏼🤰

If I could give Durex 0 stars I would.
Good product but the worst customer service I’ve ever come across!
Sent package out address wrong, would do nothing to rectify the situation basically told me it was my problem and needed to sort it myself. Then after sending a complaint heard absolutely nothing back. Terrible company to deal with.

Checked out on some items that I didn’t add in to my basket so somewhere along the line there was glitch or durex trying to make you buy stuff you don’t want. Immediately emailed once I realised the issue to cancel (I emailed within 1 hour of ordering). Had a reply next day sorry your order is dispatched so I can’t cancel it. It didn’t dispatch for another 3 days after 🙄. Now trying to return the items and haven’t had a response for 5 days, absolutely unacceptable all I want to do is return my items it’s not rocket science.

Poor customer service. Do not offer fast paced delivery if you can't offer the same with your customer service.

Order made... Promotions were not added (in this case buy one get one free) .

Multiple messages sent to your social media. Claim they sent multiple messages to the web team to respond. Nothing.

3 days later no response. Despite raising as urgent.

Delivery now received - couldn't decline the delivery as just dumped on my doorstep.

No phone service.

Fed up. Sort it out!!!

The lubricant was great for sex in the anal region. My client thought I was naturally moist but that wasn’t the case. With your warming lube, it makes me able to fit so many things, even a whole fist! Bit pricey though lovies x

Have been using this brand of condoms most of my active sexual life and now suddenly had three of them split, from two different packs. In a row. I am aware that there is always a rusk that they can split but this is way too often considering that i use them correctly.

Contraceptive has torned over two times. What's a problem?

i ordered sample from them which supposed to cost only 0.99 but had to pay full price, aks them to cancel this but they post it anyway and ignore all my messages. very disappointed with their services

I did a claim about some products bought. after some time they admit their fault, explaining the mechanical industrial cause on the base of the flaws I've found in the products.
Despite their reassuring phrases about providing me with complimentary products, in the reality they were only taking time hoping that I would give up. after 2 months of protests, I still didn't receive anything, and the customer care representative of RB even stopped answering me. they are just ignoring me.
