We are totally over the moon with the services provided by Durhams. Our new bathroom project was handled and managed by Durhams and everything went much better than we expected.

From our first meeting with Scott to discuss our vision through to choosing our bathroom suite and the fitting team of Josh D and Leo M, we feel that everyone went above and beyond our expectations to deliver a finished bathroom to be proud of.

We were consulted throughout and given choices over options to make everything perfect for us to use.

A recent major home improvement project involved installation of a high Spec Kitchen fitted in a new space, along with decommissioning the existing Kitchen into a redesigned dining/breakfast area. Logistically this was quite an ‘undertaking’
After inviting several other specialist companies to assess the job, it was clear that capability, creativity, and strong project management were far more important to us than cost.
Damon from Durhams stood out immediately. His vision, expertise, and ability to manage such a complex installation were exceptional. He worked closely with James Bacon from AMCO, who too, demonstrated exceptional talents levels in the Design, Planning, and Post implementation stages, subsequently together they gave us complete confidence from the outset.
Without doubt it was Damon — backed by James — who won the business, and we’re delighted they did. Their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail have transformed our home. Damons’s talents are a ‘Rare Commodity’ and therefore would suspect in great demand, he is a true asset and credit to his current Employers.

Replaced our bath with a shower. Taped off all the carpeted areas and the stairs before they started. Removed old tiles. Relocated our basin and cabinet. Installed shower connected to the boiler. Removed unneeded electrics. Plastered wall. Even moped the floor before they left. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I have just had my shower plumbed in to my gas boiler the young man owen made a brilliant job he was on time put down dust sheets clean up as he went on check everything worked fine before he left this is one young man they need to keep he is brill at what he does I would recommend them for all my plumbing jobs

I'm not at all surprised to find only a single one-star review, and that from someone inadvertantly included in a mass mailing and who has never actually used their service. Durham's is something I've been looking for for far too long - a company that behaves professionally, does a good job and doesn't charge London prices. So far, they've replaced my en-suite shower (very nice) and a couple of lavatory flush valves (not as straightforward a job as YouTube makes it look). Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. If only they did conservatories, I've a long-term leak I'd be glad to let them have a crack at.

I used durhams heating a while ago to remove an old back boiler and install a new combi boiler, the men who came to do the work were absolutely fabulous, on time each day, very polite and really worked there socks off to get the job done.
I would like to say that they are all a credit to the company, kept me informed about each step of the job and cleaned there mess up at the end of each day.
A really honest company that I would highly recommend, thank you !

Used Durhams heating on recommendations from family. Everything I was told lived up to be true from start to finish the installation of my new boiler ( which I might say was no easy task for them, ) their engineers were professional and courteous. They got on with the job with very little disruption and as I had no heating supply for 2 days they even supplied me with alternative heating.
With regards to the price this was so reasonable and we can highly recommend this company above others.

I’ve used Durhams for several years now. They’ve flushed out my heating, installed a new water tank and boiler and completed annual services (after I receive a really helpful email reminder).
I really wish I’d got their plumbing insurance rather than through my house insurance with HomeServe. I’m probably going to need them to fix the issues Homeserve are causing for me! (The only reason I didn’t get their insurance is because no one got back to me when I enquired.)
