Horrible cancellation policy
I had placed an order for a camera however cancelled due to it being on back order. I was promised to get my money back in 1-6 business days however it took over a month for the charge to be cancelled.

Customer Service told me that "I do what I want"
After 1 year of use I sent back a TV of 13.000 DKK because some distracting black spots started to appear on the screen. Instead of a refund or sending a new TV, I waited 4 weeks to get back the same TV with a broken screen. Then another week passed with Dustin pointing fingers between me and the courier company.
Finally, after 5 long weeks of waiting, they decided to stop playing around with my money and send the refund without any compensation whatsoever for my trouble. Then the customer service guy told me that now "I do what I want".
Most definitely the single worst experience I had with a webshop. Never bother with them.

Hi Nicolas.
That is very frustrating, I completely understand. We received the cancelation, after the order had left our warehouse. From that moment the responsibility passes on to the carrier, in this case, Bring. We got a confirmation from Bring, that they would send it back to us, on Jan. 15th. It seemed they sent the package to a terminal in Sweden, then back to Denmark, then back to Dustin in Sweden.
That was a very lengthy process, but we received the package back on the 8. of Feb. where we credited the order on the very same afternoon.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I'm happy to see that the case has been resolved in the end.

Purchases not delivered, having to fight for refund
Purchases not delivered. Have to find out from the delivery company they are bizarrely stuck in customs in Oslo. Delivery company says this happens often with Dustin. No information/update from Dustin and super unhelpful customer service. Just sending lots of empty messages with every other sentence ending with a smiley “:)”. See also their responses below. As if I think it’s funny that I have to spend my time chasing them for something that I paid to have delivered last week.
Don’t ever order here. Certainly my last time.

Wasted my time
I ordered filters for DJI Mini 3 Pro from them last week and they were in stock on the website. Today I inquired them that I haven't received any confirmation on which the customer agent sent me a screenshot of the website that it is not in stock and said that the delivery date is unknown and we will update if we hear anything from the manufacturer. I was shocked that if you don't have anything in stock then you shouldn't take the orders on the website and simply say unavailable.
Poor website managment.
