I have bought DVB-C tuner from DVBSHOP. Shipping was quite fast and the parcel arrived in a good condition. However, when testing the device, I exprienced that 1) reception in the VHF band is very week and 2) when a CA module is inserted, the DVB stream is corrupted.
After some correspondence with the manufacturer, I sent them the device for fixing. When I received it back, only the VHF reception was made a bit better (but not fully fixed), nothing else.
I then made contact again with DVBSHOP, and agreed with the support agent that I send the device back to them, and they will replace it with a brand new one. About a week after they received the device, I got a refund instead, but with 10 Euros deducted, saying that the device was in a really used condition, and thus they cannot resell it. However, the device was not in a really used condition, though the two shipping trips and the "fix" by the manufacturer might have left their marks on it.
All in all, I paid about 40 Euros (for the two shippings and the 10 Euros deducted), but I have no device.
I cannot recommend anyone to buy anything from DVBSHOP.

Ordered but heard nothing for weeks. Finally cost of item was returned but not freight.
