Utterly untrustworthy. Their curated movie selections stinks worse than a skunk's backside. Cheaper to buy off eBay or other sites. Ask customer care questions, all you'll get is pure lies. If you don't want to be robbed by these callous and unrepentant crooks, avoid this site completely.

Update - further to reply from DVD locker, I had already contacted their customer services to ask why I cannot swap any more but had no response, I have emailed again asking for an answer.
I was given a voucher as a gift. When I looked at the website I was able to see a list of movies.
However, once I had logged in and answered the questions about my movie preferences, I was then sent two titles they would send me with the opportunity to swap.
I thought I would then be able to choose my own films, but no, they then send two more titles which again I don't want.
Swapped again and they sent two titles and no option of swapping as my delivery day was approaching.
The films are low value and I can see that in the end I am not going to receive anything I want to watch - money down the drain.

Average range and selections
Pretty poor range of DVD's, Older films that pretty much every film fan, which is why they would go to a company like DVD locker, would have seen anyway. Go into any charity shop and you will see a similar range for a £1 each.

Dissapointing from the start. have only recieved 2 out of 3 dvds. have not recieved any popcorn and was never given an explaination. what a waste of money. would not reccomend.

I joined 3 months ago for 2x blu Ray a month, so far I’ve paid 3x £15ish; and I’ve only ever received 2 films. Last months apparently went missing, this months apparently only shipped 2 days ago and has my missing films from last month in it. Rapidly losing interest, it’s easier to just go and buy films you want to watch!
I’ve already engaged with your support and they just say sorry and don’t offer any solution.

poor customer service and taking double payments
I was thoroughly impressed initially, however dvd locker keep taking my monthly membership monies twice, and despite me contacting them via various methods they have ignored me and taken a double fee yet again. I am really annoyed.
