Er glad for at handle hos Dvdoo, men den CD jeg købte til gave, der var det der holder CD’en på plads i coveret knækket helt så cd’en skøjter rundt men heldigvis er cd’en ikke beskadiget, men det er lidt synd

Dear Dvdoo,
I received my CD, it was well packed and in good condition, and I didn't have to wait long for it. The only thing with which I was dissatisfied was, however, that I had to go into town to a shop to collect the package. I got an e-mail telling me that an attempt to deliver the CD at my address had failed (or words to that effect). We have a street-door to my block of flats which is kept locked, but there is a bell-push for each flat. Even if the delivery man/woman had come at four or five in the morning, I would rather have gone down in my dressing gown to get the package than have to go right into town (2-3 km) later on. I wish that when ordering, one could indicate that one was prepared to accept delivery at any hour of the day or night.
Otherwise, as already expressed, everything was fine.
