Ordered Dexter Resurrection season 1 in Blueray which almost cost me 40 dollars the advertising told me its region 4 but all lies instead i get a cheap copy from China that cant be played. This dodgy company cannot be contacted by any means. Avoid these criminals at all cost and buy elsewhere like eBay.

I dont know why Paypal or the government have not closed down this company yet. They are scamming people by selling dodgy dvds when advertising they are selling authentic dvds.

I'm thankful the seller replaced my order so kindly. I'm a loyal customer now and highly recommend their service.

Recently purchased over $600 worth of DVD's from DVD Shelf. The items were advertised as Region 1 and Region 0 and that they were able to be played on a Region 4 Player.

When arrived the DVD's were all Region 1. We attempted to email they company as there is NO RETURN POLICY listed. There are NO CONTACT number listed.

We EMAILED the company but the email BOUNCED BACK AS THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS NOT LEGITIMATE. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. NO CONTACT PHONE DETAILS AND NO LEGITIMATE EMAIL ADDRESS WITH NO RETURN POLICY.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - FAKE ADVERTISEMENT.

Scammers selling poor quality bootleg dvds. Don't buy from them, it counterfeit and awful quality.

I got ripped off from these bootleggers. Their website looks legit but the DVDs I received from them are pirated bootlegs.

This company misrepresents itself in every way!
Claims to be in Australia. They are not, They are in China.
Claims to only sell genuine products. They are absolutely pirated copies.
Claims to refund without issue. Also not true.
I bought 7 Seasons of 'Cold Case'. Pirated copies of EXTREMELY poor quality. So many problems; 5 episodes missing completely, aspect ratio issues, sync problems between audio and video, editing issues where dialogue missing, 14 discs were completely faulty. When I asked to return them, assuming they were where they said they were, in Australia, I was told in order to get a refund I would have to return them to CHINA! The cost of postage was half the refund. After much correspondence I obtained 50% refund and kept the pretty much unwatchable set.

This company is selling pirated versions of DVDs. I purchased two sets, which were faulty. I contacted the actual production company as I was told that they would have to replace the discs. The company had me send them the dvds and they confirmed that they were pirated.

Made the price higher when I made an enquiry about it, the item was marked higher when it was in my cart. Scammers
