If a company you have never heard of is selling cheaper items you can buy on the high street. if Its too good to be true -it is better to go the high street as you will have a number, store location and a head office to complain or get a refund its best to stick to what you know. Always research the company you are not sure of and if you still not sure - stay clear - it would save you money and heartache,
Ordered a Three Floor Juniper Dress. I was charged more than the website due to exchange rate?! I believed to be ordering from a UK based website....WRONG. I received a cheap tat copy of a blue Abercrombie and Fitch dress from China almost 3 weeks later and still pursuing through my bank. DO NOT USE. No contact info or numbers on website either.
Such a sucker I am. The website claims they are British. They actually deliver items from China. After waiting 19 days for the order to arrive (the site claims delivery is between 5-8 days), I got the wrong product. I was supposed to get a Tommy Hilfiger swimsuit and got a fake Moschino garbage instead. I've written them 3 emails and no response. I will call them soon and talk to my bank to see if there's anything I can do.
This is a Scam, they take your money knowing full well that they are going to mug you, i ordered a pair of Kurt Griger boots size 11 for my husband and they sent me back a fake pair of adidas red size 9 trainers where the red bled all over the white. i have to go through the trouble of sending sending them back inorder to claim the money back from the bank. i will not stop untill their name is discredited as well s the company credittors they are using they are called ?? also look out for cc NOONKUE TEC, i will pass this info onto my bank to investigate. please spead the work .
Ordered a Hobbs Frida dress from them on 29th September I am still waiting. They have no telephone contacts on their website. Also the price quoted for the dress and amount charged to the card is completely different with no breakdown. Apparently exchange rates?? How when price was quoted in sterling pounds and I paid using the same currency? I am worried I have been conned!
