The kit arrived in good time, the item was good and correct. I had some issues with wiring the head unit myself, but was given excellent support by the customer service department

Looked on line as new Pioneer stereo would not fit my sons VW Polo. Dynamic sounds came up, explained that I needed a specific pack which they have used. Also supplied the parts which was great.
Ordered over the Christamas period, was here within a couple of days even with the demand for deliveries at Christmas.

You'd think paying the premium that they charge would result in an easy time, but that's not true. I've ordered twice from dynamic sounds and had issues both times, and both times I had emailed to make sure I was ordering the correct parts. On arrival of parts, and half way through fitting, the wrong parts had been recommended both times, and the company offers very little support when it comes to correcting these issues. The answer is essentially "well order this other part, but we can't guarantee it'll fit, and make sure you pay for this other part out of your own pocket then request a refund on the old.part which we might do"

Used another popular car audio company in the end who are excellent.

Avoid if possible.

In addition to the reply of dynamic sounds:
After failure of first part, they could not guarantee an issue. Still were unable to identify the fault.
Luckily, multiple other owners on the Audi forums were able to identify the fault, and confirm that the issue was the Dynamic Sounds kit, this recommendation for another kit that worked correctly.
Advice from professionals confirmed the kit was incorrect also.

Fortunately, I did leave it to the "professionals" in the end, but the professionals in question were not dynamic sounds.

Dynamic Sounds offer a great range of products at competitive prices. Customer service was good, from advice prior to ordering and even crediting me when the carrier failed to deliver on-time. Not the fault of Dynamic Sounds but it does demonstrate that they care about customer satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in returning to place more business should the need arise.

Really happy with my speakers, yes an old car (Nissan Qashqui, 2010) but they fit perfectly and sound great. Came very well packed and very easy to fit. Would highly recommend.

The Item Fit and works perfectly easy to fit institutions,all controls on car work and the nice new reverse beep over the speakers

Having bought wiring before from Dynamic Sound, the were the place to go. Solid fit plugs and clear instructions if needed. Would recommend if you want anything Auto Audio related

Very helpfull lots of questions which sorta got answered ended up taking it to a local specialist to install who told me I'd need a specific part which I found on jvc site but mem was telling me did not exist and was tbh quite rude after this next time will not use them again cos of him sorry

He he goes with his lies again. Several were on returning you saying you not heard of something and totally bullshit ting me if you get upset with customers that easy for asking something simple your I the wrong line of work

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one.

I ordered a Connects2 CAM-MT1-RT reverse camera retention interface based on the product listing, brand name, photos, and specifications shown on Dynamic Sounds’ website. What I received instead was an InCarTec 27-248-R, which is not the same product and, crucially, not suitable for my vehicle or use case.

After extensive back-and-forth with customer support:
• I was told the items “perform the same function” - they do not. (Even if it did, I did not know how to install this particular part)
• I was told the correct part was unavailable - despite the website showing it in stock at the time of purchase.
• I was effectively made responsible for return logistics and costs, despite the error being entirely on the seller’s side.
• Communication was rigid, policy-driven, and lacked any attempt at customer-focused resolution.

To resolve this, I ultimately had to arrange a manual return via a UK post office, using my own time and effort, just to correct a mistake that should never have happened.
Ordered from 'In Car music' instead who sent a Connects2 CAM-MT1-RT that they advertised and I installed without any issue... (Mind blowing stuff 🤯😉) as at this point I had lost trust that Dynamic Sounds and found myself questioning if they had their customer's best interest at heart and were more interested in being right than being helpful.

Mistakes happen... but how they are handled matters.
In this case, the handling was dismissive, inflexible, and unnecessarily frustrating.

Poor product accuracy, poor after-sales support, and a woeful customer experience.

Superb service. Alan done a fantastic job of fitting my pioneer tablet style stereo in my camper van. He even fitted a separate switch so it can be used with ignition off.
And a special mention of Mem who replied to emails on a Sunday and organised the fitting. Excellent service. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

Fantastic fast delivery and a great price

I decided on a setup for my VW T 5 and asked for advice from Dynamic Sounds, they offered sound advice and I altered my order and that enabled me to retain factory features.
Great service all round.

Bought a Kenwood head unit and communication was great when I sent questions prior to purchase. Dispatched quickly and a good overall shopping experience.
