Hi DYNMC Team, my returned item for Order #DY13661 was received by you on 29 August, but I have still not received my refund of ₹1,092.69. It has been 11 days. Please check the status and process my refund at the earliest.

Extremely disappointing experience. The product quality was nowhere close to what was shown online. I returned it, and although the return was confirmed as received, it has now been nearly two weeks with no refund initiation or proper update.

Customer support says the return is “not reflecting in their system,” despite me receiving confirmation that it was received. Their website states refunds are processed within 5–7 days, so this delay is completely unacceptable.

Poor product quality + poor refund handling. Very disappointed.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Dynmc, and I genuinely regret ever ordering from them.

First, the order was delivered almost an entire month late, with zero proactive communication or updates. No apologies, no accountability – just complete unprofessionalism from start to finish.

When the product finally arrived, the quality was shockingly bad. The fabric was extremely cheap, thin, poorly stitched, and nowhere close to what was shown online. It honestly felt like low-grade street market material being sold at premium prices.

To make matters worse, I later realized that none of the pictures on their website are real models wearing actual products. They have simply taken random images and badly photoshopped their logos onto them. What you see online is NOT what you receive in reality. The entire presentation feels misleading and deceptive.

I requested a return immediately, which they accepted. The pickup was completed on 27th December 2025, so I naturally expected a refund after that.

Instead, after taking back the product, they flat-out refused to refund my money and tried to force me into accepting “store credit.” As if I would ever want to shop from them again after such a terrible experience!

They kept hiding behind excuses and policies, completely ignoring the facts that:
• the delivery was unreasonably delayed,
• the product quality was unacceptable, and
• THEY had already accepted and completed the return.

Only after multiple follow-ups and a clear threat of legal action did they suddenly change their tone and finally agree to process the refund. Until that point, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

No legitimate brand behaves like this. Good companies don’t hold customers’ money hostage and pressure them into store credit. This entire experience felt like dealing with an unreliable Instagram seller pretending to be a proper business.

If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from Dynmc. There are plenty of genuine, ethical brands out there – this is definitely not one of them.

I had high hopes for DYNMC after seeing their website and product images, but the leggings I received were nothing like what was advertised. The quality of the fabric was shockingly poor and felt cheap. Even more disappointing was the colour: I understand slight variations can happen, but what I received was a completely different shade from what I ordered.

To make matters worse, when I tried to return the item, I was only offered store credit. Unfortunately, that’s useless to me because I won’t be shopping here again after such a bad experience. For the price point, I expected way better. Would not recommend.
