Ordered item, turned up ok. Worked for a while, went faulty within 6 months. Would not honour the warranty, and would not respond to emails. Better to pay the extra from a genuine company

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. I ordered an item on eBay and telephoned one of the team to get it next day delivery. Dan is a star cheers. The item was QTX 180 with UV light absolutely amazing possibly the best mobile stage lighting I have ever seen on the market.

Good service but long delivery time
Through no fault of their own the equipment I ordered took along time to be delivered as it got stuck in the Covid backlog of shipping containers.
But in DYProAudio's favour they did their best to keep me informed of progress and they did send it to me as soon as they received it.
Once it finally arrived I was pleased with the item I ordered.
