While this company boasts an impressive variety of merchandise, its usability and support leave much to be desired. The app is notably unfriendly to English-speaking users, lacking proper localization—searches in English rarely yield results, forcing reliance on third-party translation tools. Customer service is unresponsive, compounding frustration when resolving issues or even attempting basic tasks like account deletion. Unless significant improvements are made to language support and user assistance, this platform may prove more cumbersome than convenient for international shoppers.

For 4 days I waited to receive an item from this scam shop. Along I was asking for photos of the item with the information in it since the workers could not provide. On the 4th day, another look a like item arrives and the delivery guy didn’t allow me to check the item. After 5 minutes of receiving the item I contacted the workers again letting them know that it is not the item that I need and would like a refund. At the phone call they said that I still had to pay 200 lek for the delivery and via messages they say then you have to pay 300 lek. THIS STORE IS A SCAM TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
