I bought a watch from their online store in April 2023 only to receive a message a couple of days later that they could not order the watch from the manufacturer anymore. However their website did mention that they had the watch in stock. I have been calling and emailing them since to have my money back. Almost 2 years later I am yet to receive any reimbursement.

Very good afternoon, could someone please tell me how I can finally get my order shipped or my money back? I ordered it 5 months ago and I have sent several mails but finally they don't send me anything, what can I do? I would appreciate any help or advice! If you know of a phone number that would be great!

I found this page where the company is declared and everything about the company. It looks interesting, maybe it could help you to file complaints to the people concerned.

They won't let me share the link to the website for you to consult about the company.

After many push from legal actions I did in the past months looks like they are closing business. Good for future customers.
I know they will for sure still open another thing...which I will follow and do the necessary to close it again.

I ordered a Blender since April 27 2024 up till now is not delivered.After 2 months I requested for refund and they told me that it will take 14days before they will refund me. I wrote several emails but no answer .I called several times no one answered. They are really criminals. People should not buy from them.

I received the product which in short did not work, Have emailed several times and got fob off emails back with we have passed this to our 'operations team'.
Then received an email explaining how it should work.
I have requested a refund several times now but just the same old fob off emails saying that they are sorry for any inconvience caused. Time for legal action.

I ordered and pay a Casio machine in December 2023, I have not yet received the machine (6.7.2024) I asked them in April to pay me back, but no answer! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND DON'T SEND THE MERCHANDISE!

I have made an order in February, still did not receive the product and receive answers, which look like generated by Robot. It may be scam.

As per my previous review, they ask for contact details (which were provided dozens of times by email) as a response to the review. But when you share your details it does not change a thing and you still do not get any contact and any help to the queries. I am left with no other option than to initiate legal action to recover my money

They are scammers. Do not buy from them, cause you will lose your money!
I ordered something and after getting 2 E-Mails informing after delay, I cancelled my order 3 weeks after ordering. I got informed that I will receive my money within 2 weeks. It was 3 weeks ago and my money still has not arrived. I started a law case against the company, cause it is unacceptable to lie to people like that. I would remove this comment, if I would get my money back but until they prove me otherwise, I consider this company and their services a scam.

Very poor experience, strongly recommend avoiding this company. I ordered something months ago, and they just keep sending emails saying the shipping is delayed. After the first delay, I went out and bought the same item at Manor for a better price because I needed it for a gift and could not wait any longer. So I asked for a refund and they ignored me completely. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. So I wrote them a bad review. Then I finally heard from them with rude emails from the person who I presume is the owner, saying they would sue me for slander. After this I received another email saying the product would be delivered and that I could not get a refund. To my amazement, I finally received the item after waiting for 3 months. I have learned my lesson and will never order from an online company without researching their reputation first.

Over a year and still waiting to hear about my order!!

You cannot reach them at phone and nobody replies to the e-mails. Unacceptable!

Still waiting for the refund as the order never come. I ordered in décembre 2023 and until today I dont have any news. Dont buy anything from here.

I recently had a rather frustrating encounter with e-commerce-welt.ch that compelled me to share my experience. Two months ago, I ordered some goods, however, the package never made it to my doorstep.

Upon contacting their customer service, I was informed that they were encountering logistic troubles, which accounted for the delay. While I understood that hiccups in logistics can occur, what truly baffled me was the stark contrast in service when I decided to order the same product from Amazon as a contingency plan. Lo and behold, it arrived promptly the very next day.

Since then, I have been engaged in a tedious battle to secure reimbursement for the undelivered goods. Despite numerous follow-ups and assurances from their end, the reimbursement process seems to be caught in a perpetual loop of delays and excuses.

In conclusion, it is a scam and run away from this website

Products not received in MORE THAN 6 MONTHS

On the 4th of October 2023 I ordered some products in the web. I started contacting them via email in November (only half the emails were replied) and all they said was that these were on their way. Today, 15th of February 2023, I still haven't received them.

It is unacceptable that the products have still not been delivered but even more importantly, how they are not able to give any solution.

The last email from this company was 30 November 2023, promising me the I will receive my refund shortly.

I would like to give my experience with this company. I have ordered goods in October 2022. After sending emails and emails following up about my order and receiving constant emails that the order will be with me shortly. Finally after a year I decided that I am done asking nicely, I decided to write an review on Google within minutes I received a phone call from this company. It was not to apologies for the bad service I have received but to asked how dare i write such a bad review about the company. Basically telling me I have right to feel the way I did. After all the back and forth, the caller promised to cancel my order and return my money. I am here to tell YOU that to date I have not received my order or my money back from this company. It is so sad to see that so many more people are still falling into the same trap. And I don't understand how is the company still around. After 1 year and 2 months I have to kiss that money GOODBYE !

They are burglars!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Pure scam!
