E-ita.org is not a legitimate IDP provider – it’s effectively selling a forged document. If you paid them, act quickly to pursue a refund through your card issuer and report the scam to UK authorities. Obtain a proper IDP through official channels if you still need one for your travels. Going forward, remember that official government services (like IDPs, visas, or licences) are rarely outsourced to random websites – when in doubt, check on GOV.UK or with the relevant authority to find the correct method. I didn't get the service I paid for
I didn't get the service I paid for. I paid for express overnight delivery. The package arrived three days later than anticipated, after I had left the delivery address. If it was not possible to do an overnight delivery, I should have been told so that I do not waste my money. Typically, when companies like Amazon advertise overnight delivery, they actually deliver the package overnight. In the case of E-ITA, express mail functioned similarly to regular snail mail. So, who compensates for my not getting the service I paid for?
