my opinion on itca
firstly i thought i would get my soft-copy version and opted for 15mins urgent application, but i forgot to upload my passport size photo copy and that is the reason i got my license too late and i got to know i forgot to upload it. I sent a mail uploading the missing documents, then after uploading i again waited for almost more than a week and i also contacted help desk. when i contacted the help desk thru whatsapp i got a reply from them and immediately after getting a reply i got my printable version in few minutes and they also apologised for it even when it was my mistake in uploading the docs and i would really recommend to any person whoever is trying for a international driving license from any country.

i made a payment since last week and was told my process will be ready and shipped withing 24 to 48 hours, till now i have not receive a tracking code for my order and i have more order to made for friends but if it is taking much time like this then i have to wait to see how fast the response team are. this is not the way i expected it though.

From dumb beast
The service was quick however the soft copy went in junk and I did not notice it, which was my bad. However, when i raised a dispute and was looking for support; the repose was very rude. I understand the miss was from my end but if you can be anything, be kind. Being rude to your own customers does not help even if they are dumb beasts as you called me.
