Delivery could've been a little smoother
DPD said they were expecting the parcel then that it had been cancelled. I sent email to e-magnets and got a reply within an hour or so with delivery information ... and the delivery arrived as expected. The magnets are top notch too. Rather over-packaged I might say though!

Very quickly delivered. Two lovely and powerful magnets to do exactly what I needed. The safety leaflet enclosed with the magnets is excellent - although I did manage to give myself a blood-blister, due to my own carelessness. NB read the safety leaflet. It's there for very good reason. These magnets ARE powerful!!

Firstly we were able to talk to someone (a miracle in itself) as we were unsure what we needed. The man who helped us had superb product knowledge and was very helpful.
