An easy way to build Velocity points
This has really helped me build Velocity points. There are some surveys that I don't qualify for and some that have filled their quota before I get to them but I have still been able to do a lot. It usually takes me more time than the survey says but I take the time to read and consider my answers carefully. When I've encountered a problem with a survey I have quickly received an answer from e-rewards staff and I've found them very helpful. I recommend giving this a go.
Help which works
While the surveys themselves are sometimes of dubious quality and screen you out out the end of a long survey, the promptness and efficiency of Rewards in dealing wish these problems cannot be faulted. Always courteous, always professional.

Getting very pissed off with this mob & their fake operation. More often than not, I spend 20-30 mins doing a survey & then at the last question, whilst thanking you, they kick you out, saying:
Sorry! We closed the survey early because it doesn't seem like you're part of the target group it's looking to research.

Far too many surveys that you complete…
Far too many surveys that you complete in full and waste much time only to find out at the end you do not qualify and get either 0 or 25 points? I have raised this before. Seems to be certain surveys companies this applies to and I wonder if they set it up this way as it happens far to often?

I use e-Rewards to accumulate points which can then be converted into Velocity points. This helps me to increase Velocity points much quicker to use for flights.
I am not into all the other new "games" stuff they have & find it annoying to be constantly bombarded with it.
Quick response
I completed a survey however, at the end the screen went black and there was no acknowledgement that the completed survey had been uploaded. I contacted customer support who responded promptly to say that the completed survey was identified and uploaded.
Genuine site that offers rewards
This is a genuine site that offers the chance to get rewarded. I use mine for Virgin flights with upgrades.
