I purchased a Dyson heater from E4electricals, in October, but unfortunately It was the wrong one, it only blew out cold air. I immediately sent it back for exchange, but as I had not heard from them after a couple of weeks, I bought the correct one from somewhere else.I then rang them to see why I had not heard anything, A very pleasent and helpful sales person said that it was probably in their warehouse and nobody knew what to do about it. He said he would look into it and if it was there he would arrange for a repayment into my paypal account, if I didn't hear from him then he said repayment would be made. I was prepared for an argument, but later that afternoon, I received an email from him saying that payment had been made in full that afternoon. In concluding I can only say that I was most impressed by the way my problem was dealt with ie swiftly and efficiently. I would certainly use your company again and would recommend you to anyone.

Hi The dyson I bought from e4 is the best one yet. The attachments work so well that I went out and bought the extra set.
Dog hairs disappear like magic and carpet pile comes up like new.
It was a considered purchase, but well worth the money.
Cheapest price on internet was E4.

Buying a Dualit toaster must be a considered purchase as it seems a little
expensive. All I can say is you get what you pay for. The Dualit is a well built
appliance with a full list of spares available making it a long lasting investment
Toast has never been more enjoyable- evenly toasted and done to your
preferred selection. Using E4 electricals for my purchase not only was it priced very
competitively but the service was excellent.

I purchased a Karcher pressure washer from e4 and had a problem with a broken part. Contacted e4 and they immediatley offered to uplift and replace as soon as it was back in stock, they gave me the date the product would be back in stock and a date for uplift and delivery of the new one.
Everything happened as they said it would the communication and service was excellent.

The site was easy to navigate. The prices offered were very attractive. However, there was a delay on the basket value when you deleted unwanted items. This confused me and made me wonder whether I was being charged for unwanted items. However, I was at rest when I actually went into PAYPAL where the right amount was displayed. The value on the e-mail confirmation did not tally to actual payment. Other than that a very good site, delivery for the item we chose was next day which was excellent. Definitely recommend this site.

A staggering delivery from E4. My order was e-mailed just before noon on Thursday and the delivery was made at 10.00 am the very next morning.
A lesson for our Post Office me thinks !

The Bissell carpet cleaner I purchased from E4electics was the cheapest option on line. Delivery was also very quick.

I bought a Bosch vacuum cleaner significantly cheaper than anywhere else. Easy ordering and rapid delivery. What more could you ask?

Item was ordered on the Wednesday and delivered on the following Friday. It was also easily tracked using the company tracking info.
Well done; ordering this through a high street retailer would have probably taken the best part of a week so I shall most certainly be using the internet again.

Having seen a video of this being demonstrated I decided to buy the carpet cleaner. The price was a really competitive one and customer reviews regarding the supplier were favourable.
