Was on its way plus a phone call apologising for the tracking message error. Very impressive customer service .
I would use them again .

This vacuum really works - it makes our old Henry look hopeless (it is more than twice as expensive so it ought to - gonna repair and keep the Henry though for cleaning up after decorating). The turbo brush shifts everything and picks up more dog hair than we thought possible and our Bassett DOES moult loads. The varying suction, telescopic tubes, storage facility and excellent tools are all good.
My only gripe is that the top (where the hose plugs into the body) does not swivel through 360 degrees so you end up pulling the vac around to the direction you want it.

Did a lot of researching and comparing, and it has paid off. Great vacuum/carpet cleaner. Fantastic suction in the dry mode, and have just done one of my carpets and it has come up as good if not better than when I rented a machine, and this one is so much more versatile. Deceptively light, so easy to change from dry to wet and very very easy to use.
Given how much I paid to rent a machine, this one has already paid for itself. Christmas come early !

I ordered a steam generating iron from e4electricals after spotting one at a very good price and reading the reviews on Trustpilot. It arrived quite promptly (within a week) and was brand new, as described.
The packaging was a bit poor, as the original box was just wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap. Upon opening the sealed box we found the protective polystyrene sections were smashed to pieces, so had clearly taken a massive impact at some point. Luckily the iron was unharmed, with no obvious signs of damage and worked fine.
2 stars for packaging, 5 stars for price and 4 for speed of dispatch (when compared to price)

Purchased the Miele Cat and dog vacuum cleaner, very powerful, easy to store, great compartment for storing tools. The only downside I have found is it can be a little difficult to shift fluff from certain types of mats. E4electricals had this at an impressive sub £200 price compared to others sites wanting £250+
