This was the cheapest we could find this vacuum anywhere, so much so that we were slightly concerned that it could be graded stock not obviously declared as such. We're glad we took the 'chance', as it arrived in A1 condition very quickly. Excellent.

This cleaner was the best bargain I have found for a long time. I have had one for 20 years which still works as well as the day I bought it but it is looking a bit tatty now so I decided to treat myself to a new one. It looks almost the same as it did then if a little more streamlined but is much more powerful and it is funny when the mats leave the floor if you forget to turn the power down. I would strongly recommend the Miele Cat and Dog even if you have no pets as it will clean everything in your home effortlessly and quickly. Thank you E4

I was surprised at how quick the order was processed and to receive an email to say it had been dispatched. In addition I received a final email to say it had been delivered.

The only comment I would make is the parcel had been dropped during the delivery. The reason I know this is that the polystirene surrounding the iron had done its job but had split in 3 places, the outer packing was damaged but not Tefals own box containg the iron.
