What the hell have you done to fifa? It's unplayable. The opposition intercepts every single pass. Opponents keepers save everything and your keeper can't save a thing. I hate EA so much. They can say it isn't scripted, we all know it is!!! I hate you!

Communication with your “Support” is like a non human conversation.

I’m not directly answered on the context in my messages. I only recieve suspiciously standard writings that doesn’t supply any subtext. It’s just meaningless.

Also what is up with your positive “I want to help”
but when having a issue it’s always
“I can’t” “we will investigate” or “we need time” and “please understand” and the worst “follow our forum”

It’s like the conversation becomes the issue, where your “advisors” are not offering real support or help.

You clearly take no responsibility.

And on top of that you demand that I should follow the issue on your forums, and that I only will receive updates on the issue on your forums.

That’s just the bottom of the whole experience. Is it designed to disolve the issue, or just buy u time, and give me the responsibility to do something about it; like following along on you forum.

I got banned off my steam games because EA cannot properly protect its users data. I barely play the EA games I have and random I get banned for a violation, when I only play single player offline games to begin with! What a joke. I cannot wait for the collapse of this corporation.

Purchased Battlefield 6 and was double charged, requested a refund and 3 weeks later received a refund for the double charge which is what i requested, followed by being blocked and banned from playing the game i purchased and a warning on my account saying i commited fraud. have contacted ea support 3 times and been denied and still cant play. i spend $109 for a game i cant play. this should be illegal

My experience was great

As you guys can see how trash this company is. They’re losing money and gamers daily. Apex legends is as it’s all time low and other games as well. The workers here are beyond useless and not college educated. My account was hacked and then they banned me. I’m currently working with my bank on getting all my money back invested into the game. So far it’s looking great. Avoid ANYTHING EA TRASH RELATED.

I get into my game and I spend money in the past and I load a game on college football 26 and load into a game and its his playoff game this game just absolutely is horrible nothing that I ever remember

I have been using Pogo for years now. I have recently had so many problems in the last couple of years more so now. You pay for something that only works sometimes. It gulches so much. Lose out on free time, things to upgrade leaves, disconnects games in the middle of a game and undefined. You also CAN NOT get any support with live agents. B.S site just a money grab now. Which suck as it use to be a good site.

How on earth do i talk to someone who can help me!?
I tried your chat 7 times now and they are not able to help me. i have used so many moneys for my Sims 4 games and then my e-mail was compromised and deleted, but before the hacker deleted my e-mail, it changed the e-mail for my account and now EA support can't help me? Even when i have en purchase for the games on my bank account! Its theft of my money and i want to talk to somebody who can help me !

I tried to make a player with no profanity in his name in Madden and it said it had profanity. dog shit company.

Biggest slop and worst customer service on the planet!

Rampant cheating on FC26 on PC and no action taken. More than 90% of the game is against cheats that include game slowdown, bot switching, input drift, control loss of all players except one, cheat table select from external source (most common), Gamer tag rename or ID hiding, after over 1000 hrs of gaming its determined that EA was made for cheaters.

Just the worst and only care about making as much money as possible.

EA is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have probably sent close to 50 emails regarding an error I cannot fix on bf6. I paid $150 dollars for a game I cannot play. Without fail everytime I play the game I drop out from the EA server and I have tried absolutely everything according to their troubleshooting instructions. Whenever I contact them, they send me the same generic message every-time and no matter how much I say I’ve already done that, they keep telling me to do what I have already done. It’s infuriating to say the least. This also happened to me with 2042 but never battlefield 1 and never any other game and my download speeds are 300mb. If I could give EA a 0 star review I would. Absolutely pathetic for such a massive company not to care about their loyal customers.

Hands down the worst experience. My wife just started plaing Apex 2 days again and her EA account is banned with zero explanation and zero support EA is a joke.
