Eagle Waterproofing Systems Customer Service

I made several inquiries via the Eagle UK and Spain sites to secure as estimate for Ultraflex (Liquiflex in UK) and Ultratop for my pitched roof. Thus far, the UK hasn't responded at all and Spain, after 3 weeks since my inquiry, still hasn't submitted an estimate.
The Ultraflex product might be as good as advertised (notwithstanding some adverse reviews on the net) but Eagle customer service is very poor. It's sad because if this product is good, Eagle customer service are not helping sell the Eagle products.
I've decided to go with a metal roof as Eagle's lack of prompt customer service really worries me, especially if I ever had need to claim under their guarantee.
My rating is based upon my interaction with Eagle staff, not their products.
