The lady I spoke to on the phone was fantastic. She helped make sure the item would be delivered by the next day, even though it was approaching their closing time! The part was exactly as described too, can't recommend highly enough!

Really good service from Martin and the crew. the team fitted a roll cover, Grille and bonnet cover for my Ford Ranger. martin also supplied a number of other parts for me to fit myself. Martin has been at the other end of the phone when I've struggled with something. I rate a person or a company on when something doesn't go exactly right as that's when you see the real them. One of the wind deflectors had a small crack ( probably in transit) I text Martin and within 10 minutes a new one was on its way to me at no charge. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Quick delivery but no fitting instructions in some of my purchases tried there on line content of instruction but nothing there for my items and it was also the weekend so no contact available

I bought a liner and cover for my new Hilux. The liner was not the best of fits and a real pain to get installed. The cover was meant to be compatible with an over rail liner according to the product description but it isn’t. Rather disappointing Eagle!

I purchased A roll cover, front sports bar, rear roll bars and a bonnet protector. Not only was the price the most competitive on the market the products were excellent quality when arrived. I spoke with Harriet when I made my purchase and she kept me informed along the whole customer journey. One of my items arrived slightly damaged due to no fault of Eagle 4x4. Harriet responded to my email imediately and arranged a replacement part at no additional cost. Knowing what I know now I would have purchased even if they were slightly dearer as it would be worth it for the customer service. Everything a customer wants in a purchase. Thank you Harriet.
