Pending Returned Items
They said they would be returning my items, I will update the review once I get them. I put in a sell order worth $32.00 I checked all the discs before I sent them and there were no scratches or marks. They refuse to take them. They said they were too heavily scratched. They refuse to send them back and they won’t answer any of my emails. Order No: 1414425. Do not sell to these people they may fulfill an order or two, but they will eventually get you..

Frustrating that I thought I was going…
Frustrating that I thought I was going to be able to get rid of all my cd’s but you have to have an average price so very time consuming to have to go back and redo and spent more time than it was worth. No rhyme or reason on pricing so took up way too much of my time. Payment was quick though when I finally got my average figured out

I opted to use PayPal. For me, it was a nightmare navigating PayPal when attempting to transfer funds to a bank account.

Expand the selections to include foreign made titles.
The company processed the trades promptly and accurately. However, I believe the company currently limits the trades for domestic US titles (12-digit UPC codes) only. I would strongly recommend the company expanding the trade to include the foreign titles (those with 13-digit UPC codes).
