My wife messaged EAK after work hours but received a very prompt response to her enquiry. We then arranged to view the car and test drive (exactly as described, in fact, even better in real) where Kevin was incredibly no pressure, open and friendly. We left without purchasing as we'd arranged to look at a few other vehicles which was met with reassurance that finding the right car for us was the priority. As luck would have it, the other cars weren't for us so we returned shortly and purchased the car we'd viewed. Great customer service throughout - really made us feel like valued customers with the reassurance that if anything went wrong they were at the end of the phone.

Buying a used car with EAK Group has honestly been a great experience. Kevin contacted me within 15 minutes of my enquiry and answered all my questions without any hard sell. He was polite and friendly and immediately gained my trust. I arranged for someone else to test drive it as I live 300 miles away and he gave them plenty of time and information. He then delivered the car personally on a day that suited me, and arrived when he said he would. The car was exactly as described and as seen online and I would not hesitate to recommend EAK Group and would definitely use them again.

MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Trouble-free online purchase of a vehicle which was delivered 281 miles to us by Kevin, the E.A.K co-owner. Arrived exactly as scheduled in the morning, along with a gift of Chocolate Cookies which he'd picked upon en route ! A most charming young man with whom we enjoyed a long and interesting conversation before he departed. We used to have friends in Doncaster and if they were still around we'd have had absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Kevin and E.A.K to them. So, as far as my wife and I are concerned, this goes for anyone else reading this review.
