Great quality item. Faultless. Better than I was expecting. Item took a few days to despatch from store which is the only negative I can say about them.

I made a purchase through the website on the 22nd November, but before purchasing, I messaged the company directly & asked when i would receive the product as it was a pre-order. On the live chat, inwas informed that the boots would arrive to the store on the 15th November if bought that day, so i made the purchase under that knowledge.
As the 15th November passed, and i hadnt received a notification to state the boots were shipped, i messaged them for an update. i was then told they would arrive at the beginning of December. I told them that i was informed that they would be here mid november and i felt misled into purchasing on that information. The person on the live chat offered me 10% off on future purchases for the trouble. beginning of December rolled around, and like clockwork, i received no notification of my purchase being shipped. I then had to message them again, only to be told that my purchase would not be ready until beginning of january. The fact ive had to contact this company myself , many times for updates is not professional, nor is the way the person on the live chat has spoken to me which ill attach below. I will never recommend this company to anyone else.
