I claimed a refund from them for a booked flight that was canceled. This company. e-dreams and Opodo are the biggest crooks out there. They have no way of contacting, their ebot is a laugh and they should all be prosecuted. That's why they hide away in Spain. They refused to pay me back the nearly five hundred pounds I paid for the flight and said the company went bust but they are still selling flights!

Very unhelpful people. Trying to get a refund for over 2 months. Very poor service.

Earefund want let me into my site to veritfy the status on my claim regards reservation 8607569325.. they completly luck my out for asses to my case.. its not easy to claim, but then you got everything and ge luck out. come on you can do better

I have a claim for refunds ticket, cancellation do to Covid, claim E23T0111623 from the 21 of january 2023, responds that I didnt have cover, but I paid insurance on 80 euro that cover all cancellation no matter reason. Even that Earefunds, dont cover.. reservation 9732240697.. its not okay

Earefund is requesting no-show certificate, when due to sickness, we were not able to travel. Doctor's statement from local health center is not valid, says Earefund. Lufthansa is not providing any no-show certficate, neither local Airpro, it is against law to give names of the travellers, was the answer from Airpro. Be aware, do not trust Earefund. Their websites are horrible, they do not want people to create claims, it must be the reason. Answers taking months. Now consumer center of Europe is handling our topic. I won't give up, this request has been going on already for 10 months.

NO answer since 5 month now! Still waiting to get my case processed!

If you read this in time, don't use Opodo or earefund insurance!

Bought insurance through Opodo when booking our flights. Could not take flights due to a serious injury. Attempted to claim but the earefund website doesn't work.
Called the phone number on the website - get recorded message telling you to use the website.
Reported issue with website through their website feedback - no reply.
Emailed the address in the policy doc - no response.
Contacted Opodo - no help there. Emailed their customer service - no reply there either.

No confidence that we will ever get our money back - question how this is allowed to happen, where is the regulation?

Do not use this company. They take your money and when you need to claim don't provide you assistance
Cant get through on the phone. Cant get through on line, and cant get through via email. eDreams who we bought the policy through are just as bad as say they cant do anything about it

These people are wicked and heartless, the UK government needs to crack down on these scammers, these are licensed SCAMMERS.

I believe we should stop flying with Edream as they are the one who pocketed the money
I tried 2 weeks running to get in touch but it just going nowhere

This subsidiary company of OPODO took my money (£60.63) for 2 days travel insurance from OPODO, which I cancelled within the 24 hours of buying the insurance, because I knew this company was a fraud. But both of them are not owning up, they are both refusing to make the refund.
They keep passing me back to OPODO and OPODO pass me back to EAREFUND, I am like a Yo-Yo. No one is taking the responsibility. One of them has my money but refusing to own up. Someone is lying. I just need my money refunded. I would never use both of these companies again.
I will contact Ombudsman to recover my policy money which never existed from these two companies.

This is a scam - Stay away from this company !!!

Opodo are scammers for listing them as Insurers

i booked a ticket with edreams and i wanted to cancel it , they said contact the airline because we cannot cancel it even though i bought the inscurance , the airline says it's edreams job to cancel it as i bought the ticket through them, and i try the earefund and they won't even recognize the booking number .

They should get no stars. This insurance company is a fraud. I bought insurance on the hotel site. Unfortunately a week after I booked my trip I got dismissed by my employer. I have provided them all the documentation over the last 5 months and they still refuse to pay me the $640. Next time I'm going with American insurance. This is a scam.

For the past 3 days I have in vain tried to file a claim. The site says that it does not recognize my policy number. All phone numbers I called referred me to other numbers and nobody tried to help solving the problem. One gets the distinct impression that all this is made on purpose to avoid paying what is due by contract. I am still waiting for an answer to a mail of 3 days ago.

Very bad customer service. I booked a ticket through edreams, as well as purchased the package for insurance. The company, Air Italy, went bankrupt however this insurance company will not give me my money back. There is no ticket, but I have paid them money for insurance. The policy does not cover if the company goes bankrupt, so in the end, it was just useless. Please do not bother with this company.

Ridiculous process. they cost you more than the money they want to give you
