If only zero stars were an option... This firm charge customers £12 to see how much something costs!

I have no objection to paying for good quality furniture, but doing so needs to be an informed decision. With this company, it's pay £13, to get basic information - and for all I know, their quote will be miles outside my budget! And to top it off, supposedly the provision of an online quotation tool (a basic feature of most online shops...) is some form of commitment to me!

Earthy Timbers delivered our oak table today and it is exceptional. The whole process was excellent, from choosing the table, to manufacture to delivery, always both friendly and efficient. This is a highly flexible and bespoke servic, giving customers huge flexibility to choose the product, type of wood, size, finish etc. Anna and Adam are specialists which means great advice from the start - and they will select the wood to meet the brief. Go with it, they know their trade so much better than we do. The result is a one off table full of character and made to fit precisely. If in doubt don't be, a dining table is where everyone gets together and what better way to make it welcoming. Thank you !

Earthy Timber has crafted three beautiful oak pieces for our kitchen and entrance hall. First piece is a breakfast bar with beautiful resin details which complements our lovely kitchen. The other pieces are shelves - both in our kitchen and the latest addition being a table/ shelf for the hall. All have been beautifully crafted and enhance the interior of our house. Many thanks to Anna and Adam for their service and for these beautiful bespoke pieces of furniture.

Very trustworthy and reliable . Anna and her team were very professional. Anna drove all the way and came to deliver the table on time. Paid upfront and very friendly service.
Most importantly the The Dining TABLE - left us speechless ! A great piece of artwork! The wood speaks to us ! We love the natural lines and the earthy feel! The wavy rugged “live” edge is also simple and very beautiful - harnessing what nature has to offer !!

Not bought anything. Won’t buy anything. £12 charge to browse their website and use their quotation service!!!!! Unbelievable. This a quotation service that most companies call an ordering and purchasing service with a basket.

Anna and the team at Earthy Timber have been great - we were invited (out of lockdown) to their place to run through our spec for this table and given some great advice.

During the manufacturing process Anna was responsive to emails and communicative, we were made aware from the outset that the manufacturing process wouldn't be quick - but this was to achieve maximum quality and dedicate the required time to be able to produce a piece like this.

It was delivered this morning and it looks fantastic. Thanks to the advice that Anna was able to give us whilst we visited their facilities after she saw some photos of our interior and our intention for the area, allowed us to get the most appropriate sized, designed and sympathetic table for our room.

To say the least, we are ecstatic and can't wait to be able to have some people to actually use it!

My husband and I initially came across Anna & Adam's projects on Instagram. At that point, we had already spent months looking for a coffee table that matched our requirements.

Visiting the Earthy Timber workshop was our first step in the right direction; Adam's respect towards the individual identity of wood was something we simply hadn't seen before, but it became clear this was exactly what we needed to see our bespoke surface come to life. The appointment with Anna only solidified our decision.

Having specified our budget, we chose to sit back and leave the Earthy Timber artisans to their craft. We trusted they would deliver, and they did.

I wouldn't recommend Earthy Timber to those looking for a budget alternative, as this is not what they do. If you are, however, looking for functional art, then sit back and let Anna & Adam take you for a journey – ours concluded with the rustic coffee table we always wanted :)

I initially ordered a couple of large shelves to make a feature of an alcove in my converted barn and was so thrilled with the quality and finish on them, that I illuminate the feature each evening.
I cannot understand why any genuine client would complain about the £12 quote fee, (credited back to my card on placement of my order,) as to me, it deters time-wasters and means that the company has more time to be focused on my order.
I am about to place a more substantial order for a river dining table and am happy to pay the £12 quotation fee again, knowing that this adds to the exclusivity of the brand, and secure in the knowledge this will be directly refunded to the card it was paid from when I place my order.

We appointed Earthy Timber to provide bespoke elements to our kitchen design. During the whole process they excelled both in design input and implementing the unique elements that we required. Everyone has complemented the workmanship and beauty of their work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Earthy Timber.

Why on earth would you charge a fee to show the cost of an item? Very frustrating- please improve your customer service. People want to use your online calculation tool to BUY your products, this policy is hindering them from doing that and leaving your potential customers with a sour feeling!

I looked online at several tables and absolutely fell in love with Earthy Timbers tables. I contacted Anna and began the process of ordering my English Walnut table. The process was well worth the wait, I am so glad that I did not settle for less. We had this table shipped to the US. From ordering to delivery- Anna always kept me updated! It is absolutely beautiful. Love my new table.

The table we ordered from Earthy Designs is out of this world. What a fantastic creation. The quality is of the highest standard and it just looks amazing in our new office. From the first phone call to the delivery was just exceptional. Would throughly recommend this company to anyone who will listen. Just Brilliant.

Ordered a lovely desk from Earthy Timber. It takes a while to get made, but was definitely worth the wait! Beautiful finish and customer service, they delivered it straight to my door and helped me assemble it!

I’ve have tried a couple of times getting a quote from Earthy Timber. Their online system demands a £12 fee to get a quote. Although refundable if you make a purchase it’s a high risk given you have no idea what the quote will be. Needless to say I purchased my wood elsewhere.

Visited the workshop and loved the example we were shown. We asked for a quote and was advised do do this online. We advised that we'd travelled a distance and asked if they could do a quote whilst we were there. Whilst the assistant went to work this out we did an online quote ourselves. We were given a quote by the assistant but to our surprise it was more than double the online quote. We showed the online findings and was advised sorry the online system is wrong... needless to say we went elsewhere.

Anna was extremely helpful from start to finish, from reassuring me on size of table to height of bench. As well as finish. Our table and bench absolutely beautiful and perfect. Absolutely love it. Best decision I have made, now just need to find something else I want :-)

Anna & Adam really excelled themselves this time. They delivered the most beautiful walnut and resin table that simply has to be seen to be believed. The craftsmanship and attention to detail that Adam puts in is absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

Earthy Timber did a fantastic job to make us an L shaped breakfast bar for our new kitchen. The worktop was made from two planks of oak. The team gave us a bespoke piece with part live, part square finish on the seating side of the breakfast bar. They created robust supports for the overhang and a beautiful mitre finish to join pieces into an L shape. Anna’s service was brilliant and very thorough. There was even a mistake with the measurements from our carpenter, which Anna identified and then made sure the 30 mm length error was corrected before they started the work. We are particularly pleased we invested in the waterproof finish. This was totally worth it, as we never have to oil the worktop. All we do is wipe it clean with water and it comes up beautifully, mark-free, every time. We highly recommend investing in this wonderful rustic oak worktop, which gives our home a unique, warm and homely feel.

Brilliant service, very friendly and helpful and extremely responsive to my changing requirements. Very easy to do business with, I would highly recommend Earthy Timber.
