Hi Andrew, thanks for taking the time to review, and sorry you've experienced some issues with Easil. I tried to locate an account under your name so we could troubleshoot any issues, but could not find it. Nonetheless, we're sorry that your experience wasn't what you expected.
It's a ghost company. No one replies. I sent emails asking to cancel my subscription and refund, but no one replies.
My agency has been working with Easil for over 12 months now, and we’re ecstatic with how efficient it's been for our team, and our clients.
Having the ability to lock down templates however we want, and share with whoever we want, sets this apart from any other software.
We’re now in the beta of some amazing new features to further protect our and our clients' brands, and look forward to everything else that Easil will bring to the table!
