Easirent Birmingham is just a scammer…
Easirent Birmingham is just a scammer company, the worst rental company I have ever dealt with, they should be closed and no one should be dealing with them

Update 14th October: my 1500 GBP deposit is still locked on my account 3 weeks after delivering the car in perfect condition. Millions of attempts to contact them by phone and submission of a ticket to customer service and no answer whatsoever.
Rented a car and they requested a 1500GBP deposit which is fine. Except instead of reversing the charge they cancelled it which, due to the procedure, has now led to the charge being blocked on my card for an entire month! This rendered my CC useless and i now have to be out of pocket for the next month or so. SUPER UNHAPPY
When booked online there was no indication we will have to pay up to £2500 deposit until went to pick up the van and not everyone will have a credit card of £2500 for them to hold onto until the end of hire. So instead we had to pay a £60 non refundable payment. On the other hand they didnt mention anything about if we go over our daily mileage then we have to pay extra.
Will never rent from these guys again.
