Don’t go here
Don’t go here! Arrived off plane, no one answered the phone and so it took me 1 hour and a half to find the office.
I got a different car, a car with a technical fault.
The car broke down and they stole my deposit off me.
Prepare to use Resolver, a section 75.
Finally to get my money I appealed to BVRLA.
Don’t use this branch, they are rude and they are robbers. Stay away!!
booking simple and easy to navigate
You get what you pay for
No answer on the phone number for half an hour. Once contact was made we waited at the airport for over an hour for pick up. The company is based out of a portacabin nat the back of a car wash!
Great service super prices
Great service
Appalling
Appalling! After confirming a flight arrival at 22.40 directly with the office at East Midlands (because Ryanair had given an incorrect arrival time) I arrived and rang for the shuttle bus at 23.00 but it went to voicemail four times in 30 minutes. I eventually got a taxi to the office (before midnight) which was in darkness and locked up. The information clearly stated that the office was open until midnight. I had to get a taxi to my destination and returned the following morning to find that I was registered as a no show and I had to pay over double the price for another car as mine was no longer there. It was booked through Ryanair car rental who bizarrely had not included my flight details! There was nothing easy about this and I will never be using Easirent or Ryanair car rentals (brokered by Rentalcars) ever again.
Left us in the airport in the middle of the night! Aviod this company
I booked a car on their website to pick up at midnight at the airport, as that was the estimated time of landing. The flight was delayed and when we arrived I called the number they sent me. I tried 10 times, no answera at all! They left us on the East Midland airport at the middle of the night with no further information, no text, nothing! I had to book a hotel room nearby to stay there by the morning when the office opened. In the morning I went in to collect the car. They didn't even say sorry or something, they just said my booking is cancelled, but they did not give me a refund. They wanted me to make a new booking, paid again for the car plus extra deposit for fuel, and 1600 gbp deposit. At the end I would have had to pay more than 300 gbp for 3 days which is ridiculous. AVIOD THIS COMPANY! Choose a reliable one, that's gonna be cheaper and don't leave you in a bad situation.

good value for money
I am regular customer of Easirent EMA. They do offer the best value for money.
The gentleman from the counter offered best customer service that I got it since I am renting cars.

Worst car hire company in the UK
Worst car hire company in the UK
Avoid at all costs
When we arrived to collect car was informed that the fee was now up to £245 from £57 as we didnt have a utility bill even though I had UK Licence, passport and debit card. Questioned this and was told that if I didnt like it then go elsewhere. Manager shouted "you either want the car ornot!"
Despicable treatment and had to get taxi back to airport where Hertz rented me a car for a lot less wiyh only my drivers licence and debit card.
Need to train their employees in customer care.
Terrible company
Absolutely to avoid.
Absolutely to avoid.
Rented through Ryanair, never had problems before with other companies.
Used the East Midlands Airport's branch, they are not at the airport, not even close like all the others, the experience is dodgy, they require an outrageous £1500 deposit held on your credit card, and after picking up the car you're left with the awful feeling that they will try to rip you off when you're going to return it. they had the guts to tell me a stone chip on the bonnet would cost about £500 because they send the car off to be fixed EVERY time they have a body damage, no matter how small...I then proceeded to carefully inspect the car and found 9 (NINE) chips on the front and 5 (FIVE) on the back! I required them to write every one of them on the damage report and a couple more just for reassurance.
I then returned fueled and immaculate and got all my deposit back, but I would never want to have the same experience again. I must have rented 150 cars in my life, first time with them and they were the worst.
UPDATE: reply to EASIRENT'S reply below. The rental agreement is absolutely irrelevant for this matter. It's the policies you apply and the systems you use that are in question. Potential customers need to know.

Warning!! Do not rent at your own Risk
Warning! do not rent from this Company. There customers service is non existent. they will lease you a vehicle that is not road worthy and put you in a dangerous situation. I rented from them on Friday from East Midland Airport. My initial booking was a fiesta automatic for 6 days drop off at London Heathrow, once i arrived i was informed this car was unavailable so i was given a Puegot 2008 that had a hole underneath the clutch paddle. I took it straight back to the branch once i discovered this issue. The guy who was working there at 19:00 on the day (jazz) this was the name he gave me. told me he did not have a car to swap me with so i should drive the broken car to the Birmingham branch and they can help me. So being hopeless i drove to Birmingham with my family and got given a Honda Jazz automatic. 20 minutes into driving it back to my hotel in Leicester the car started making a squealing noise from the left rear side. I arrived at the hotel safely but did not have the confidence to drive the car again. I called both East midlands and Birmingham more than 20 times with no response. the following day i called the breakdown service and to no surprise the break pad was gone. The engineer advised me not to drive the car . Since Friday January 24th 2020 i have trying to resolve this matter and my complaints have falling on deaf ears. Easirent are passing the buck from branch to branch with no professionalism often being hanged up mid conversation or as being asked to call back. Head Quarters number not being picked up if it exists at all. I have proof of all the calls and the report from AA. Save yourself the heart ache and stress do not book with these guys. you need to be lucky to book these guys and have a good experience. Trust the bad reviews!! all i wanted was to drive to London Heathrow with my family but am stuck in the Midlands all i am told is to drive the broken car back to branch and than to be told that they have no car for me. They're Scammers they have no admin service there branches are run by thugs who cant even communicate. Rent at your own Risk!! am not the first and not the last. I have left a code of conduct complaint with BVRLA and this won't be the last of it.

I arrived 2 hours late as plane was delayed. I was told they had no car for me because I was late and they had given it to someone else. I ended up paying 150 pound extra for a higher grade model. I had no choice as there is no other form of transport in that location. It is just a rip off scam. Never again
