Worst experience ever

I
Rented a car in DFW and traveled 4 hrs away. As nightfall came, I realized that my headlight was out and the one that worked was pointing to the ground about 10’ in front of the car. I called multiple times and even suggested that I could change the bulb myself as long as they reimburse me for the light. Called multiple times and got the same answer over and over again..”we will call you back”. Never called at all and I ended up having to not be able to drive after 6:30pm. Then I mention it to the DFW crew and they couldn’t give a darn. All that combined with the hard sell of insurance and toll schemes left a hard “Never again” in my mind. Horrible customer service isn’t even a beginning to this company.

I was just calling you had a reservation scheduled for 4 o'clock today and I was just calling unfortunately we will not have any cars available so we will not be able to honor this reservation. You can try Fox Journal car or some other rental agencies at the airport have availability, but unfortunately, we will not be able to honor this reservation. Have a good day thanks.…”

This company is SHIT

This company is SHIT

They wrongfully charged me for an extra driver (said on the reservation it was free) lied about how much it would cost (said it would be 15 dollars, it was 82) then said they would refund me but it took 4 online ‘help’ tickets, 4 hours on the phone, and 5 months for them to return my money. Still haven’t gotten it back they just keep saying they are emailing their branch manager, and that they can’t refund it another department has to.

Worst possible customer service

Worst possible customer service. The worst. Got there at 10:00am to get my reserved car only to be told I’d have to wait till noon. The car was there, I was there but no. She wouldn’t write up the agreement. Maybe she was thinking about which ugly tattoo she was going to get next. Obnoxious and rude. We went to Enterprise at the last minute and got a car. They were great. I can see why easiest won’t last long.

Awful company and workers

If I could leave a 0 i would. Absolute joke of a company. Do not rent from them. Pay the extra money to rent from a real company. They make you your time in and then when you call 45 minutes before they close they say oh were closing soon so you cant get a car tonight & they had no cars available. Gave me no alternatives and were very rude. 0/10 would recommend this company.

Booked through Expedia and selected specific airport and Easirent was located off site. Had to wait for shuttle and drive 5 miles opposite direction. Agent was not friendly and you are required to provide insurance policy number otherwise you need to purchase their insurance. Also car was not what they advertise. Will NOT rent from them again.

Smaller suv , air conditioner not working

We rented a full-size SUV comparable to a Buick enclave but we got was a small SUV. The car did not have any windshield washer fluid and the air conditioner didn’t work. Look at size of a Buick enclave compared to a Nissan kick considerably smaller

NEVER AGAIN!

A couple of years ago we rented a car from Easirent, we had to wait over an hour. Short staffed. This weekend I need a car. My husband said to give them another chance. MISTAKE. Still short staffed. One of the girls at the counter, was also washing cars. I had to wait about 45 minutes to get a smaller vehicle than I reserved. They gave me a Traverse when I reserved a Tahoe. The girl tried to tell me they were the same size! The car has disgustingly stained cloth seats. There was a woman after me, with a reservation. She was told they have no cars available. The shuttle took her back to the airport

The car was what I expected

The car was what I expected, however the tire lights were on and the counter lady filled them. After driving about 400 miles the rear tire was low, I had to refill twice in my 650 miles. I did tell the counter agent but he didn't write it down while I was checking the car in so I'm not sure it will get addressed!

Not on airport property. Worst rental experience I have ever had.

This is, by far, the worst rental experience I have ever had. Do not rent from here. They are NOT on the airport property. You have to walk all the way to the edge of the airport property to catch a shuttle (with a limited capacity). I had to wait for the shuttle to come a second time before I could get onboard. Seatbelt was broken and the ride was bouncy. They tried to bribe me with an upgrade to a larger vehicle if I would give them a 5 star review. I wanted a compact car for ease of parking. In the end, they gave me a Ford Bronco anyway because they didn't have any smaller cars ready ("still cleaning"). Returning to the airport, I just got an Uber directly to the terminal and saved the long walk with luggage from the shuttle drop off point. Never using Easirent again.

Bad Experience

This experience was bad from the beginning. We rented a car in Fort Myers, FL. Once we arrived, we went to the rental car area and was told we had to go around the corner to catch the shuttle (after bypassing all of the other car rentals that were on the property). We arrived at a little shelter where we called a phone number to get a pick up. While completing the paperwork, I was told it would be an extra $15 per day to add my husband as a driver. I opted to drive the car myself for the week. I purchased insurance through Travelocity. They would not accept it as fully covered and made me provide my personal car insurance card. Once we arrived at our destination, about 90 minutes away, we noticed the plates were expired by three months. I called the number on the contract and was told I would have to bring the car back to the airport. I told her that wasn't going to happen so she said she would transfer me to the local office (where we rented this car). Interestingly enough, I was disconnected. So I called back and was told that if they gave me a car with expired plates and I get a ticket, it is on them. We all know I would have been held responsible had I received a ticket. I emailed their customer service group regarding another question. Received an auto reply telling me someone would answer my email promptly. 7 days later and I have never received a reply. Will never rent from them again and, based on all of the other reviews I have read, take note and don't you rent from them either.

Can I rate a ZERO???!!

Can I rate a ZERO???!!! Awful experience. Location was NOT at the airport as expected, waiting for shuttles, no warning they want insurance policy paperwork, had to wait an hour for the car, it stunk like poop, had to swap it out because a tire went flat, and returned with nearly full tank of gas (same as how I picked it up mind you) only to get email receipt for $90 fuel fee??!!!! It only cost $25 to fill this car from empty. Customer service is AWFUL, was told we had to pay for the first car with the bum tire, you’re hung up on, told “it’s our policy”…I should get ALL my money back just due to the awful experience. TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!
