Absolutely pathetic. A useless system, run for the company's convenience, and not for the good of the customer. Really difficult to access the car park and complex to pick up the keys. Four days after returning the car I was told that I had exceeded the 200-mile mileage allowance by 100 miles, and had not re-filled the fuel tank properly (full to full). This was untrue. (1) I had travelled to the south coast and back (60 miles) and gone nowhere else. (2) The tank had been three quarters full and I returned it more than three quarters full. I am part way through disputing this with them: I don't hold out much hope.
Funny thing is, I use Drivalia out at Heathrow where they have an office with - you know - humans? And they are brilliant.
