Horrible service
Horrible service! Called the customer service to get some approvals, they are so rude laughing over the phone and making fun of you. Also the calls are not recorded so everyone in the customer service say different things.
Rent from better companies. Not from the ones require credit card for deposit (WHO USES A CREDIT CARD IN THE UK ANYMORE?)
