I can't express how utterly frustrating and disappointing my experience with East Anglia Home Improvements has been. They installed patio doors in 2023, and despite multiple visits, the doors were never correctly fitted. I had to chase them for months—at least seven calls—and every email was ignored. When they finally returned, the engineer admitted messages hadn’t been passed on. To make matters worse, the office staff member was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful at a time when I was already under immense stress. I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not trust this company—they don’t care about their customers or delivering on promises.
