East Anglian Loft Ladders Reviews 

Our loft ladder was in a sorry state; several rivets had been replaced and we never knew if it would come off its track. We called in East Anglian for a survey and estimate. On installation day the team arrived on time and immediately covered surrounding carpets with drop clothes. Over the next three plus hours the old unit was taken out, a new loft cavity was cut, and the new unit was installed. We were given a demonstration of the ladders use and had a trial pull ourselves. All rubbish was removed and the carpets vaccumed. We are fully satisfied with the product and the service.

Had our new loft ladder fitted in a different location to the original on recommendation from East Anglian Loft Ladders .Everything went extremely smoothly from planning to fitting and removal of old loft hatch and ladder. Mark and David who did the work , completed it all quickly and efficiently with no mess. We now have a lovely new loft ladder that is easy to use , sturdy and safe. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

We had a loft ladder fitted by this company to our house. The initial consultation was undertaken by Mark and he was very knowledgeable about what would suit our needs.

Made a new opening for a loft hatch on extra high ceiling & attached a wooden ladder. Old house with plaster & lath. David & Laura worked solidly from early morning until after 5.30 pm. They were very pleasant, very tidy, cleaned up constantly as the dusty work progressed. Took precautions to cover stairs, & made sure all upstairs doors were closed to minimise dust spreading. They took care to show me how the loft ladder worked, making sure I could handle it safely before they left The company is a pleasure to deal with & would thoroughly recommend them.

Cannot better the service. Lots of information, polite helpful young man fitted the ladder, clean worker, provided what I needed. Price reasonable. Highly recommended.

Mark and David fit in our job on short notice — we realised just a week before the birth of our daughter we were going to need the loft space to replace lost storage in our once-spare room, as baby stuff started filling up our small terraced house. They were courteous, friendly, and did wonderful work, in really terrible weather for it (30+ degrees!). We are really pleased with the result: the loft is fully boarded with led lights, and there is a new opening with a proper wooden ladder. We would absolutely recommend them!

The brother and sister who fitted the apparatus were friendly, courteous and efficient. They covered up all the staircase, and cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. They also explained how the ladder worked, and they are a very good advert for your company. Very satisfied.

Extremely pleased with the service from Easy Anglian Loft Ladders. I received a call the day before to confirm the time of the appointment and they arrived bang on time. The installation team were very polite and they put down tarpaulins to protect the carpets. The work was carried out to a high standard and they hoovered and cleaned up leaving the area spotless. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

The work was carried out over 3 extremely hot days but they did not let the heat slow them down, working tirelessly to get the job done to a very high standard.
