WARNING

WARNING: AVOID

Ordered my sons nursery East Coast Nursery Ltd via Kiddies Kingdom unfortunately it arrived faulty, when I called, both companies refused to return the item, my only option was to return it, have them assemble it and then charge me to redeliver it I assembled for me to try again. They also outright refused a return and refund.

I’m just a new mum, who was excited to set up her sons nursery, warning others not to make the huge mistake I made in ordering from both companies tagged (I should have done my research as I now have encountered various bad reviews.. but I was just too excited ☹️)

- The holes for the screws are incorrect on their assembly instructions shown

- The screws don’t actually connect as the holes are too deep - which then bent as we tried to piece it together (but don’t worry, they will send replacement screws 🤣)

- I am now £335 out of pocket and either have to buy a new nursery set or let my partner glue the parts together (if it will connect considering the goes are in the wrong place)

My partners an engineer.. if he couldn’t piece it together, I’m not sure what hope we have 🫠

Moral of the story..If something is too good to be true, it probably is..

Wouldn't recommend

Wouldn't recommend.. customer service is shocking, make rules up as they go along.

Items arrived badly damaged.

Reported to trading standards due to the constant lies and mistreatment of customers.

This is an update of a previous review…

This is an update of a previous review which I have now deleted as this company have come up trumps my little grandson hurt his leg getting it stuck through the bars if his cot and the bar had to be snapped to get him out east coast nursery have been in contact with my daughter and have agreed to supply her with a new side for the cot free of charge so pleased with this decision this company obviously do care about their customers so I've deleted my one star review and replaced it with 5 stars as I feel they deserve this and thanks to the lady that dealt with this for us

Great Quality and Quick response

My husband recently ordered east coast Cuba 2 Cot bed and dresser from their online stockist D2M, which is a online shopping for baby items etc. But the side panel of dresser has cracks, which i observed while trying to fit the dresser, so I called them immediately. The lady who answered the call, was very nice, she greeted with out any hesitation, and asked me the issue. when i told her the issue, she apologised and asked if there is any issue with the bed, we said we haven't started fitting that yet. It was Friday, so she advised us to try to fit the bed as well, and see if there are any issues with cot bed, and then to give them a call Monday morning. We fitted the bed on Sunday, It was perfect. Then called them on Monday and mentioned about the call which i made on Friday, she said, she had note on there system about the order, and she just took my post code and name, like other vendors she didn't irritate me with any questions, she located the details and with in 2 minutes she said she booked the replacement for the damaged parts. Which I received on Wednesday, and now we fitted the Dresser, which is very beautiful. I absolutely love their response, and listening to me with patience, and quick service. and the quality of course. As I am very much satisfied and impressed with their service, I am writing their first review on Trust pilot.
I would definitely recommend their goods, and would buy their nursery items in future. :)
