Absolutely perfect level of service

Absolutely perfect level of service. I can't believe how bad the other reviews are. Genuinely so responsive with any level of repair. Housing Officer ET replies to calls and emails the same day usually. Highly rate this HA. Cleanliness in the block is the only thing that lacks.

Discusting set of people that work…

Discusting set of people that work there..
Office staff, senior management are all no good.. they never deal with anything just tell you it's being dealt with... 1 week to get parts ( shut off valve is all that's needed can pick them up from any plumbers merchants in 5 mins)
And there is a leak going into electrical sockets... longer than a week to sort that out....
Disgusting

Incompetent, disorganised, no communication

Incompetent, awful at communication, have to constantly chase up, no consideration for pregnant partner in the property when a simple repair has been going on for 3 months when it’s a 3 hours job in total. Do not keep their promises as agreed and have to tell them how to do their jobs most of the times by explaining that the investigation of the repair has not resolve the issue and what need to be done next, it seems like the tenant has to tell them how to do things right rather than being pro-active. Getting simple things wrong, very bad communication between the contractors who have no clue who to do when they arrive at the property. Not bringing appropriate equipments and materials, cancelling on appointments on multiple occasions. No consideration or accountability from Eastend homes to get the issue resolved. Previously I spent a year resolving another leak repair which is completely unacceptable!

Please review your service and speak to a Service Manager if there is one understand what’s going wrong, clearly tenants are not happy with the services, if not enough staff recruit more staff, if they need more training upskill the staff with relevant knowledge, speak to your contractor Morgan Sindal for service review, look at the SLA time for their jobs, understand the issue, solve the problems.

It’s concerning having a housing association where they have no duty of care or consideration for their tenants when it comes to solving issues, please have a company value, vision and mission goals and work by those, monitor if these goals are being met on a quietly basis.

Surely no tenants are happy with your service and your contractors who are absolutely incompetent in their job too!

The incompetence of Eastend Homes is…

The incompetence of Eastend Homes is outstanding. No responses to emails/telephone calls. No urgency to deliver a service to residents even when it is of utmost urgency. The engineer team they work with are also just as useless and are full of unskilled labourers that cause more damage as opposed to fixing it. Terrible service.

SAME OLD, SAME OLD - SAME OLD CON, SAME OLD CON

This review of this not-fit-for-purpose, sham and only alleged 'social housing' provider will be regularly updated according to performance. Names of unsatisfactory company servants will openly be used and published. Real residents' views - not the phoney ones - will be aired - some of what passes for 'senior management' (old ex-Tower Hamlets Council staff, in reality, nothing more) abuses residents' trust by the publication of false 'residents' opinions'. "An old-fashioned con but one that works to the management's advantage" - cit: an Eastend Homes employee. Real 'naughties' will be exposed.
