I was the bride

On Wednesday 16th July 2025, we hired a limousine to take me and my bridal team of seven (7) for our wedding. The car that turned up even late, took only three (3) of us leaving the other five (5) to take alternative transport which was very inconvenient and uncalled for.

When I challenged her about the timing, she said she would chuck us out of the car. On top of that she did not know her routes. When we suggested the best and fast routes with less traffic, she would not go for it and stuck on routes with heavy traffic.

The car was not decorated yet on a day like that we expected ribbons at least. She did tied the ribbons on our way back but the damage was done already.

I did not like the driver’s attitude and she was not even apologetic at all. We ended up getting to the Town Hall half an hour late and almost missed our slot only for the patience of the registrar.

I would not recommend East London Limos to anyone

I wanted to highlight that this Limo company sent a driver who was not so knowledgeable and as a result the ceremony we were heading for at Newham Townhall almost got canceled. Their time keeping was very bad and the driver was inexperienced. The company has a lot to do if customers needs will be met.

I am the bridegroom

I booked a Limousine for our marriage registration on 16.07.2025. My fiancé was brought half an hour late, in the wrong car a rollroyce 3 seater instead of a strech Limousine 8 seater and almost lost the slot for the registration.
No decorations, no complimentary drinks as discussed in the bookings.

I am very disappointed with East London Limos.

When I contacted them about their failings, they had the audacity to defend themselves and were not apologetic for almost ruining our day.

Their after sale service is zero.

Limo Hire on 16/7/2025
This company is not to be recommended for Limo Hire. They did change the size of limo we had booked, an 8 seater instead of 3 seater for the same price! They arrived late at pick up point and got the bride late at destination. She was too stressed. I therefore recommend extreme caution when booking with them.
