Order was picked up 25 minutes late

Order was picked up 25 minutes late. Food was cold when it arrived. We were told we would get refunded for this but nothing happend. When we called back we were told no refund. Useless.

Scam business

Scam business! The customer service is so rude! My first time to order and they gave me the wrong order. They refuse to replace the order or refund my money. Do not order, they are hard to talk to. DO NOT ORDER!

When the delivery rang the apartment i…

When the delivery rang the apartment i immediately answered and told him I will open the door and to leave the package beside the mailbox area of the apartment as it wont fit the mailbox. I was just in a meeting and went to the mailbox after 30minutes and lo and behold the package is not there! I've had loads of deliveries (as I'm a shopaholic) in the past that did the same and even if I retrieve it hours later the packages are still there. But experience with them is not good!!! I called the customer service the following day and they said there is proof of delivery of me saying to leave the package in the apartment and that is good to them so to me its seems like I can't do anything about it anymore.

WARNING - SCAM BUSINESS!!

Adding to the list that everyone else has mentioned already.
Package confidently lost - chased them for months until they just stopped messaging me. Kept saying they were checking.
Seem to run some sort of scam business along with chronopost and other french couriers.
Almost impossible to chase them all as they simply have no direct contact or customer service.

Avoid these monsters!

Had my package lost and the other package they won’t give it to the courier when they came to Pik up the package… They got zero customer service don’t waste ur time on this company unless u want ur packages gone missing and not wanting to ship out ur package and not issuing u a refund

Late Delivery, unhappy Drivers, 💩 App

Always late. Drivers are always late as they are overworked via long shifts, and underpaid; I assume that’s why they don’t have enough drivers.
They don’t have criminal background check for drivers either so it is not clear who come to my place!!!

The app is absolute garbage; making millions daily from selling booze, can’t you develop a better mobile app?!

COLD FOOD & THEY LIED TO US

We ordered food, after over 1 hour, we called costumer service and they said the driver went missing, customer service said they would prepared another order, driver showed very late, I asked him if this was the second fresh order, yes said yes and that the other driver lost his phone, drive quicky run off, and when we opened the order we found everything was cold. Called the restaurant and they said that they did not prepare another order and what we got was the first order that was ready at 17:40 and got delivered at 19:00 pm.

Costumer service did not follow up on our phonecall to have the order re-made, driver lied to us saying it was a different order and saying it was another drive that had the order when it was actually him all along. Food was cold and not assembled for some reason.

This is irresponsible and not acceptable for a company to lie to the customers like this and deliver the product in such a state.

I wish full refund and compensation for the trouble this has caused, this ruined our night as we had to go out to eat because no one could eat cold food which we paid full price for it.

Don't use this platform, scam

As mentioned in comments below this company steal your goods. I ordered 11 bottles of wine and only 8 arrived. The label in the package said it weight 11kg and in reality it was 9kg. I try to communicate with easy-delivery but they are not assuming any responsabity. I'm going to proceed with a legal complain for fraud. Please, do not buy here. Try to find another way.

Easy-Delivery.com International parcel forwarding service

I initially hesitated to use this service after mediocre reviews here on trustpilot.com. However, my package successfully arrived without any problems from China to the United States and then forwarded to French Polynesia! Very happy with the parcel forwarding service! Five stars! Additionally, their website offers a very ergonomic user interface for following the parcel. Note, this was a single parcel forwarding experience, I did not sign up for a yearly plan or anything of that nature with the easy-delivery.com platform.

important issue to address in easy-delivery office

The CEO/FOUNDER of easy-delivery.com (France).
Easy-delivery has been doing very great work in delivering their duty. They have fast shipping and good customer care. Easy-delivery is one of the best in receiver and delivery packages in Europe. I commend them for their good work.
I want to use this medium to let the CEO/FOUNDER of easy-delivery.com(France) know that some atrocity has been committed in the company. In every 12 disciples, there is always Judas. For sometimes now, items have been missing from the carton when the package gets to easy-delivery office, some bad eggs in the company responsible for the remover of costly items from the carton and take the picture of empty carton and sent it the owner claiming that the sender sent empty carton inside the package they received. They have been removed expansive items like Samsung, iPhone, Macbook, and golds. These bad attitudes have been happening sometimes now but now it is so rampant, it is now obvious that if someone is expecting a package containing these items I mentioned above, the person may not get the item inside carton but only get an empty carton, they will remove the item inside and they will tell you that it is an empty carton that is inside the package that came to their office, which is not true. Some bad elements in that company have removed the item inside the carton, they will take the picture of carton and send it to you that your sender sent empty carton.
I am calling the attention of the management of the easy-delivery, the CEO/FOUNDER to take note of what is happening in the company right now.
The insider may not know how his/her house is deity until the outsider calls his/her attention to the situation of the house. The atrocity was committed by few people in that company.
The management must make sure that the warehouse or where they normal open packages are well secure with CCTV and they must make sure to make an honest and trustworthy person as the manager of the warehouse because if this atrocity continues, it may bring the company down and when the company down the owner of the company suffers while the employee who causes the problems will find their way.
We are your customers and the customers make the company flow when they patronize the company while some employees kill the company by the atrocity committed.

I used this company to deliver a…

I used this company to deliver a package to my country (Finland) from France as the shop where I ordered the item did not deliver it here. I was a bit worried if the delivery company of the shop would deliver the package all the way to this warehouse or if the package would be wandering in some post office in France. However the package showed up on the website of the warehouse after a half of a hour after delivery company said the package was delivered. Then I ordered a shipping to my country and I had the package here a week later. The price of the shipping (43€) was about the same as estimated before the package arrived to the warehouse and that was the only price I had to pay. The package was in great condition when it arrived. Very happy about the service at least now as everything went as planned.

RIP off

I was going to use Easy delivery to collect furniture that I saw abroad to deliver to Ireland. I only wanted to use this service as a once off and it said it was 12 euro for 3 months. Then I realised this was a recurring charge of 12 euro every 3 months. Once I realised this I cancelled it immediately. I received an email saying you have successfully cancelled your recurring payment. However paypal still took 12 euro out of my account and with a lot of back and forth emails with PayPal they still cant guarantee that the 12 euro wont be taken from my account again. ( PayPal F all help ) they told me to contact easy delivery myself which I have done and I still have heard nothing back. Shocking to say the least. Should another 12 euro be taken from my account after I cancelled it I will be taking this further.

No clear information about the price is…

No clear information about the price is stated when you register for the delivery from France. They take a subscription fee so you don’t realise that they will charge you a delivery fee further which costs a fortune!! Also, the parcel is still not with me so who knows what else to expect from them! They even did not tell that I am supped to actively “ship” the parcel when it was delivered to their warehouse. It’s crazy as the one would assume that you want your parcel delivered as soon as possible instead of having it sitting at the warehouse where they also charge for keeping the parcel every day!! Total nonsense! AVOID
