A very straightforward, professional and easy experience with easyCar. Collecting a car from one airport and returning to another. No wait time, few minutes walk to collect the car and all in excellent condition.
Hired a car from Malaga airport for a family of 5 along with a car seat for our 1 year old arriving 8th July returning 16th July. Delpaso were providing the car to us, when speaking to the lady to collect she stated EasyCar had not transferred any money to them so we had to pay in full again then get our money back from EasyCar ourselves, apparently they work like booking.com and this is a common issue.
Have tried to call EasyCar and email, no response to either.
Now we’re £200 down and unable to get any response. Avoid and book directly.

Easy car rental in sofia. Shameful.... went in April. They withheld some money as they said the car was dirty. (Had fed some street cats and the bag had burst) We cleaned up most of it so fair enough, they held back money for cleaning , however after numerous emails and a phone call , still nothing back. 17th July, and they have sent an email detailing how much we will be getting and that isn't correct either. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely awful experience. We will never be using this company again.
We booked a rental car with what was advertised as inclusive insurance, only to be scammed at the rental desk and forced to pay an additional £280 for insurance we were told we needed — even though our original booking clearly showed we were already covered. This was confirmed by the company after the fact, but by then it was too late.
Their response? Blame us for signing the contract (under pressure at the desk), and tell us to call the supplier ourselves. They've refused to take any real responsibility or intervene with their supplier, despite the fact we booked directly through them.
This company is essentially working with cowboy rental agencies that use unethical, deceptive practices to squeeze more money out of travelers. Once they have your money, they do everything possible to avoid accountability.
Do yourself a favor — avoid this company at all costs. Book directly with a reputable rental agency, not through shady middlemen who disappear the moment something goes wrong.

Absolutely appalling. They offer no help for any poor outcome of customer service, despite you booking through them, and palm off any accountability to the third party they set the booking up with. Despite outlining the situation, they advised they would submit a case and I should expect it be declined in due course. Absolutely fantastic.

In Majorca we were told to inspect it before we left. We looked over it quickly but it was so covered in dust we could never have hoped to see tiny scratches. Sure enough when we returned it, the guy came armed with a sponge to wipe the dust off and find the tiniest of scratches for which they have charged me €500. There is no way I did this and frankly, it is more wear and tear anyway!
Thanks for your response. I understand but would strongly encourage you not to be associated with GOBYCAR any longer as they will give you a bad name. If you look at their Trustpilot reviews, almost 50% of them are 1 star and all of these have had the exact same problem as me.

When I arrived at Dublin airport they said my car wasn't available due to an accident. No other cars were offered and they referred me to the broker, Carjet. This company offered me no solutions as they have to verify that the information I gave them was true (4 days have passed and this investigation seems to be very thorough because they still don't know ) I asked easycar to put in writing the fact that they had no car for me, but I'm still waiting for that email.
They dropped the ball and wrecked our trip. I'm still waiting for my money back.
Update! Omar replied here on Trustpilot but hasn't acknowledged my email after 4 days... This is BS

Friendly, polite service, excellent collection and drop off provision
The company and the staff were very friendly and helpful but the car was very bad despite being new. MG3 hybrid is the worst car that I have ever driven.
The steering wheel material makes your palms sore after long driving, the wheel is nor well adjusted with the axle and the car’s chassis is poorly engineered as it is the hybrid drivetrain-an awful struggle and unexpected drop of torque when you need extra power. This car’s engineering is a complete failure. The multimedia is equipped with many gizmos which frequently fail and usually give inadequate warning which distract you on the road-more hazard than safety equipment. The car had annoying long beeps during driving which i couldn’t resolve and understand. The command buttons on the wheel are confusing and unresponsive you frequently end with unwanted features on the screen.I strongly recommend not to hire this car especially if you plan to drive in the mountains
Avoid MG3 at any cost, avoid it even if they pay you to drive it
Europcar is an excellent company but I think that they should get rid of this car as soon as possible because it is a complete engineering nightmare and a disgrace for the automobile world. Well done Chinese car industry- you may be proud of yourself with MG3 hybrid

I hired and paid for a week's rental through Easycar - the rental was sub contracted to Thrifty.
Despite paying Easycar I returned to the UK to find I had been charged £304 by Thrifty - bringing the total for a week's car hire to more than £500. On investigation it transpired I had been charged for an enhanced insurance policy - despite already taking one out with Easycar. Their response to my complaints thus far - tough luck.

I’ve relied on EasyCar exclusively for many years. A reliable company offering honest pricing and a straightforward, no-frills experience.
Hertz were inefficient and long queues 45 minutes to pick up a car. Hardly any staff and not at all conscious of so many people waiting.

Easy and efficient services. Well trained front desk staff at thrifty car rental. Great variety of car options at easycar.com
Relatively hassle free, unfortunate there was an additional charge on return, for exchange rate fluctuation fee, which I do not understand.!!
Overall a good experience. Only downside being charged 123 euros for fuel even though running full to full.
Turned up to collect car to be told would have to pay £200 because my credit card had my initial on it, not my whole name. Are we living in the 18th Century??!!!!!
Be VERY careful using this company! Awful start to our holiday. NEVER use them again!!

I recently rented a car from Hertz in Stockholm, and overall, the experience was smooth and professional. The booking and pickup process were quick and efficient, and the staff was helpful and courteous. The vehicle itself was in good driving condition, and it handled well throughout my trip. However, I was a bit disappointed that the car wasn’t as clean as I expected when I picked it up — it could have been better prepared in terms of cleanliness.
That said, everything else went well: no issues with the car’s performance, and the return process was just as easy as the pickup. I would still recommend Hertz in Stockholm and would consider using them again on a future visit — just hope for a cleaner vehicle next time.
Very bad! They did not provide us a car after waiting an hour to be served due to the fact that my wife who had booked the car could not provide a credit card. We offered two debit cards and one credit card on my name but were not accepted. Finally we did not get the car and we did not have a refund! Nice business they have! Avoid at all costs!

All conditions were met, but the car was never provided. They said that I did not pass the credit check. But in the Experian report, no records about the credit check that day. My rating is 969/999 (Excellent)!
Both EasyCar and Drivalia flatly refused to refund the money, without providing any adequate arguments.
Never use these services, all this is very similar to ordinary fraud.
Where law enforcement agencies are looking is unknown.
