Don't go near BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM

Don't go near, clearly a scam. Got an instant offer of $10,417 - $11,417 on Car Sales after declaring that the vehicle was damaged. After sharing the photos they downgraded the offer to $10k. I dropped the car off and now they are saying because of the fuel crisis no one wants petrol cars so they are only willing to pay $8k.

Photos are the original offer and the revised $10k offer.

Reading the google reviews it is clear now there are a lot of fake reviews on this company.

Do not trust this service

Initially I was happy as a solid offer was made. Then came the reductions and then the lies! Made an offer verbally that was not reflected in the paperwork - lied about it and tried to get away with the lowest price that was ridiculous for a car with such low kms. Be warned - this is not an honest purchaser and you would be better off anywhere else.

Unprofessional

An instant offer was made on my car, then revised once I spoke to the service provider down by $1k. Once I was at the providers place further ‘damage’ was identified and the offer was revised down by $4.5k. At the offices I advised we wouldn’t accept the offer and that I’d received another offer around $2k more and all of a sudden, they were happy to go up to match the other car dealership’s offer. I declined the offer because I was happy to be without a car for a week given the original and revised offer. But to then reduce that even further and then to mess me around was unacceptable. I ended up having and offer within $1k of what was originally provided by easy car buyers and wouldn’t need to be without a car in the interim. I walked away after that and was appalled at the interaction and the experience. Certainly made me feeling rather disrespected, it was unprofessional and it was very inconsiderate.
