Do not use this rent a car

Do not use this rent a car
The company not sticking to the website options and they will force you to pay double amount for full insurance not owner the options on the website with credit card as deposit
They deserve not 1 star but zero

Bad experience

We rented a car from this company for the second time and will be the last
The car was very dirty inside and smiled terrible.The upholstery was stained and burnt in places.I had to clean it so we could use it and this should be done by the company for all the money we pay
We had technical problems with the car with the car right on the to the airport on the way back and this further confirmed our decision that we will never rant a car from this company ,NEVER AGAIN.I would not recommend this to anyone :(

Terrible company, poor maintenance of the cars

I was stopped by police because of poor condition of my front tyre's. I had to replace them immediately. Easyrent is not willing to refund this cost. Nevertheless, they are lacking maintenance and I have to pay for new tyre's.
Supplementary, I had to wait for 2 months to get my deposit back (and a hundred phone calls). Other companies are blocking the deposit on your credit card, they really take it off.

Scammers, don't give them your money

We hired a car for our family trip to Bulgaria with my daughter and 1 year old granddaughter. At the airport they didn't have the car i hired but offered us a "free upgrade". If only this was true!!
Our first problem occurred when they refused to accept the insurance we had bought when hiring the car. They made us take out their insurance what apparently covered "everything". So reluctantly we paid so we could begin our holiday.
We checked the car over taking all the photos that we thought would be necessary and began our holiday.
A few days in we experienced our first issue, one of the tyres punchered. They provided very little support, fortunately we were able to find someone to repair the tyre but we were informed that the tyre was below the legal limit and the repair did not last.
A couple of days later the puncher appeared again. Again they offered us no support in finding someone to fix the tyre. This time we replaced the tyre and this time were told that only 1 of the 3 tyres were at the legal limit.
We have been in a battle to get our deposit returned for 3 months and they have eventually decided they are keeping the deposit with no justification or ability to challenge their decision.
Will never use these again! Their "upgrade" was a way for them to get free tyre replacement.
Avoid at all costs!!!

Make your self a favour and avoid at all costs!

Booked 2 times and 2 times, had to call after 2 months more, to request deposits back. Instead of apologies I have received excuses, rude attitude and completely unprofessional behaviour.

Avoid.

Refused to communicate with me at all…

Refused to communicate with me at all about the return of 200 euro deposit. I received one email asking me to call but the phone was never answered and the email we had regularly used to communicate was repeatedly ignored. I won't be using them again and would not recommend them.

Terrible service

You gonna be charged more then u expect also communication is terrible ! I have to call 5 times and speak with people to take my deposit ( 750 euro) back 4 months after i rent the car . Also they give me completely different car then i order . Waiting almost hour when i receive the car and almost a hour when i bring it back .. Terrible service ! Also very hard to reach them on the phone and even when u reach them bearly understand what they say because they have a bad connection ..

Would not rent from them again

* The stated price was in euro, but they charged in BGN with a rate of 1:2 so we ended up paying more.
* They took a deposit by charging our credit card and took more than 3 weeks to refund it.
* The car came with a quarter of a tank of gas. Obviously we returned it with more.
* We had to wait for 20 minutes outside for the pickup from terminal 1 to terminal 2 (they had our flight number and I texted them the minute we landed).
* The right headlight didn't work. We found out only when we were filling gas and had to replace it ourselves
* When we returned the car there was no one there and we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to come.
